Was unable to rate the food as I was unable to get any food. Was unable to write the service as I did not receive any service. The atmosphere was somewhat nice because it was a new building but I would consider being unable to order food because the Burger King staff does help not understand how to use the Burger King app. I was unable to get any food. I received my food and there was a long curly hair on the top of my cup. I was also missing a large fry. My large coke tasted like a watered down Dr pepper. Last but surely not least I opened my double cheese burger and it's some type of nat/ mosquitoe in the middle of the damn buger.

This location has not been able to get orders out as timely as in the past. Hopefully they can figure out what they need to do to fix this issue. When I ordered my usual for the family the employee taking my order sounded frustrated with the fact that it was a family size order and acted like they didn't want me to place the order.
