I’m beyond frustrated at this point. This is the 3rd time my order has been messed up and tonight really pushed it. I specifically asked if everything was in the bag before leaving, and I was told yes. I trusted that answer because I was in a hurry, glanced quickly, and left. Of course, when I get home, my kids' nuggets are missing.. the one they been waiting for .. I live far, so going back wasn’t an option. If it weren’t for my kids loving your nuggets, I honestly wouldn’t even come back. It’s not just disappointing, it’s a waste of my money. Please do better.

They couldn't get our order right and the girl taking my order wasn't speaking clearly. Her speech was slurred and it seemed like she was high and didn't know what the hell she was doing. The manager on duty took over taking our order and even the manager seemed out of it. When we got our food, they missed multiple items and had to go in and they were rude.

On Friday, May 30th, I ordered a plain double cheese burger kids meal for my child. The drink was supposed to be a frozen strawberry berry, but look at this. Does this look frozen to you? The burgers were also cold. The workers were very unprofessional and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about when it's on their menu. I've been to this Burger King before during the and never had any problems. It seems like during the weekends, they have unprofessional, inadequate, people working. I know they recently hired young kids and all you hear are them playing around. I don't know about you guys, but I don't appreciate people playing around with my food.

I don't know if we came at a bad time or what but this was ridiculous. We ordered 2 double cheese and a large fry. At the first window we had to re order as they apparently lost it and at the second they still didn't know what order we had. We were asked to pull forward and watched 6 orders go by before we started to head inside to ask for a refund. They were just about to bring it out when we walked in so we just were going to take it, except they forgot the fries. After getting that corrected we left. When looking over the receipt we realized that they had charged one for a meal even though we specified no meal. So in summary our order was lost twice, we had to wait an extended amount of time for a very simple order, the order was not bagged or charged correctly, and even the fries were old. All in all the most disappointing experience at a BK I've ever had

The atmosphere was somewhat nice because it was a new building but I would consider being unable to order food because the Burger King staff does help not understand how to use the Burger King app. I was unable to get any food. It was very inconvenient

I received my food and there was a long curly hair on the top of my cup. I was also missing a large fry. My large coke tasted like a watered down Dr pepper. Last but surely not least I opened my double cheese burger and it's some type of nat/ mosquitoe in the middle of the damn buger.
