Pitiful customer service. Ordered two meals and mozzarella sticks. Fries left off one meal. No marinara provided with mozzarella sticks. They repeat your order and then fail to fill it. Go to Chick-fil-a.

Just went through the line for checkers of Sumter and was belittled by some kid on the mic. If you don’t like your job, easy, find a new job! If not, be nice and courteous to customers! Everyone really.

Checkers has always been a great place for me. However, waiting about 20 minutes for services is too long. Friendly staff when you get to the window. It's just the waiting that gives it this star rating.

Would give it a zero if I could. Staff was rude. First time going and didn't know what to get. We're in the drive thru looking at the menu and we're told that we can order when we're ready. When ready no one answers. Had to keep saying I'm ready to order. Finally she says "ORDER WHEN YOU'RE READY". Was rushed and cut off several times while ordering. Was cut off and given the price before finishing. So when we added more to finish the order that we were never finsh with the worker says "OH MY GOD". Get to the window and she still didn't have the order correct, and acted as if we never asked for it. Not to mention that the food is not good. First and last time going.
Probably the most consistent checkers I've eaten at. Food is always food even if you wait a bit longer than you'd expect

Arrived at 12:42 after driving 40 minutes just to visit this particular establishment before they closed at 1 on Thursday night expecting to be able to order, was told I they were not accepting orders and heard laughing in the background of the intercom. Very rude and unprofessional. If i arrive before closing (18 minutes before closing), I should be able to order.
One of my favorite spots for burgers. A great place to drop in and grab a pretty tasty burger and cajun fries. Never had an issue with the food here, worth the money. You get so much less for so much more at other places of the same class. Would be nice to see one here in columbia S.C.

Food was great and I've never had a problem until I found a fly in my food😩. Love Checkers but this is so nasty
