I work at the call center in the mall and usually stayed away from the Chic-fil-a due to how busy it gets, but this past Saturday I decided to go ahead and get a spicy deluxe with a frosted coffee and was very pleased by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Paul, who processed my order and made me feel like a very valued customer

I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A as a customer and now I get to work for this company as an employee and all my teammates/kitchen crew (co-workers) were very nice and helpful.
Ordered a meal and all they gave me was 2 hash browns ☹️
