We recently moved back to Sumter after being stationed here for a couple of years, going back home, and deciding to move back. In the midst of moving back I decided to order something from here. The person at the drive thu was kind and also spelled my name Emilua which was awesome, and made me laugh after a stressful day of moving. Everyone was kind and efficient. The Chick-fil-A in the town were were recently in staff were too busy talking to other staff, or over talking to customers so the food was always backed up and cold. Don't get me wrong, I am all about talking to customers but there is a point. Not this Chick-fil-A, the order comes out right away when or close to when it goes to the window, and is hot and ready. Thank you for making me laugh after a stressful day, I was full and happy. 😸

Always a good experience at Chick-fil-A. Great customer service! I ordered online and when I arrived at the restaurant the line was not long at all. My order was correct, the food was hot, and the drinks were cold.
The staff are always kind and efficient. I’ve only had one wrong order from them. I received root beer instead of a cherry coke. The food is always hot and delicious.
If you want fries then just forget it. I’ve given them chance after chance. Every time I order a large they don’t even fill it up, like come on, do better!

I am trying so hard to continue this low carb eating. Nevertheless, today I wanted some good chicken tenders and I needed them to be very tender because I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted, so I knew I had to come to here. AND I was right. The chicken strips were so good, tender and tasty, the mac and cheese was hot. The young man, Zackery, who took my order was very polite and professional. I checked the carbs on both and I didnt do too bad.
