You don’t get more fries buying the larger meal so don’t bother. Happens every time I come here. If there’s not enough fries.. cook more! It’s that easy. Way too many places get away with doing this. SMH.

I love Chick-fil-A and was craving my spicy deluxe i always get. This definitely wasn't a great experience for food. Service was good, atmosphere was good. The food though... it was burnt, tomato was old it was the same on all 3 spicy deluxes I ordered... bits of burnt chicken... very disappointed. Maybe it's the location.. idk.. all and all was not satisfied...

Unfortunately, 99% of the time I visit this Chick-fil-A, I have a negative experience. While I’ve come across a few kind employees, the majority do not reflect the level of customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. There is one particular employee who works mornings that I’ve encountered several times, and each time has been frustrating. Her attitude is consistently rude and unprofessional, and it’s honestly surprising she’s still representing the brand. She completely lacks the welcoming and respectful demeanor that customers expect from Chick-fil-A. I keep hoping for a better experience, but it’s been disappointing time after time.
