My food was not fresh or hot. The lady that waited on us was friendly. When calling us to let us know our food was ready was very softly spoken did not hear her the first time. The outside was very nice.

This particular chick fil a quality of food is a hit or miss. Food just isn’t fresh and can tell it’s been sitting. It’s been consistently like this since they first opened. Please give customers fresh food when they’re paying a lot of money for it.

Everything was good except the service. I just moved permanently to the area and have been to this location on 3 different occasions and was not satisfied with the service. I understand that this is a new restaurant, however, they are pretty slow for a chick fil a AND they’d don’t say “my pleasure” (I thought this was a given but maybe not?!). Food was good but service needs work.

I went there to get a cookies and cream milkshake and they gave me a peach milkshake instead. Even though i didn't really complain about it I still drank it but when I did there was a piece of a peach pit in it which made me feel ill. Also the service took way too long and they still managed to screw it up.

I was in there on Monday me and my daughter I live in Greenville South Carolina. We stopped at Chick-fil-A before I headed back home to Greenville. We asked for Kale salad and we want an extra sauce. They said they could give us extra so I’m at another Chick-fil-A in Greenville, I have no problem getting sauce. I would never step a foot back in that Chick-fil-A again and I told my daughter the same. She lives in Sumter Bad The attitude was terrible… this picture is all the Chick-fil-A in Greenville and I have got extra sauce with no problem… I would like for the owner to reach out to me
Missed all the condiments and when you hand food to a car that’s positioned behind the lead car, and it’s more than 60 seconds, move the car up front around the side and let me out. Waited 5 minutes extra for no reason. Figure it out. Maybe try having someone over the age of 20 running the shift up there would help…not like anyone that works there actually cares about quality of service. Thirteen 16 year olds running the joint…

This Sumter Chick-fil-A had plenty of drive-thru traffic, but also provides a walk-up window for ordering. There are outside umbrella covered tables for eating and waiting. Cashier took our order, and everything was correct plus fast.
