Very slow service. Not the usual Chick-fil-a service I’m used to.
Everything was great and what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. The only issue was the seating area. The tables needed some attention. But other than that, it’s always spot on with Chick-fil-A.

Unfortunately, 99% of the time I visit this Chick-fil-A, I have a negative experience. While I’ve come across a few kind employees, the majority do not reflect the level of customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.
There is one particular employee who works mornings that I’ve encountered several times, and each time has been frustrating. Her attitude is consistently rude and unprofessional, and it’s honestly surprising she’s still representing the brand. She completely lacks the welcoming and respectful demeanor that customers expect from Chick-fil-A. I keep hoping for a better experience, but it’s been disappointing time after time.

I’ve been here plenty of times, but I mostly go through the drive-through window but today I decided to order online and pick up at the window when I got there. The older lady asked me if I had an order. I told her yes, and I gave her my name after searching around the restaurant. She finally found my order. She then gave it to me as I searched my bag. I told her that this was not my order. She looked at me. She said this is your order cause this is what you ordered online And walked off. I said, excuse me ma’am, as she immediately waited on another customer I said look at the receipt I’m missing a hash brown and a drink. She looked at the receipt, went back in the kitchen and got the hash brown gave me a water down Sunjoy drink and say I apologize and walked off her attitude completely sucked. I don’t know if she was having a bad day I Remain calm the entire time I should have just went through the drive-through mobile pick up order like I usually do. I most likely will not be returning to this location.

Why the flip do I only want it when it's Sunday bro, that's the only thing I don't like.
The staff are great just like the food.
Fast just like me in bed, in line for less than 5 minutes and left with a hot load of food in my lap.

If you’re gonna have 15 people working in your front counter area, then make sure that they’re efficient workers and they’re not just there to stand around and gossip and talk to their friends and not even pay attention to the people that walk up to the carryout windows. Unacceptable. Lack of proper training. And the managers are standing there right there with them.

If you’re gonna have 15 people working in your front counter area, then make sure that they’re efficient workers and they’re not just there to stand around and gossip and talk to their friends and not even pay attention to the people that walk up to the carryout windows. Unacceptable. Lack of proper training. And the managers are standing there right there with them.
Used drive through and found out I was missing fries, straws and napkins.

They almost never disappoint!
This chik fil a misses something in my order, literally every single time I go there. I gave them a pass for a while when they first opened, but this has become a regular problem. They get two stars because the quality is fine, but there isn't another fast food restaurant in town with this bad a track record with my orders. Not what I'm used to from chik fil a.
Rob Reasoner's management practices are why I cannot recommend this location.
