Everything was on point. Server Becky was very busy and kept Everything under control with a friendly disposition and skilled timing. Manager on duty last night was amazing. I forgot to get his name but he was a tall thin man with long black braids. Friendly and observant hard working. He was doing everything to back up his staff. Thank you all so much. I was feeling terrible yesterday when I arrived and felt so much better after leaving. Thank you for taking good care of us. Have a great day. We will be back soon. The Galvans

Had some really good food probably the best since moving to sc
It was quite busy when we were there. Waitress seemed kind of flustered and overwhelmed. Asked for extra napkins, then had to remind her 3 times. She never offered refills for our drinks. Asked for extra mayo for my burger, she never brought it.

Why is it most eatery ate requiring pareons to use technology to pay? Seniors do not want this service. We took my grands out and were pleased with the food and service until it was time to pay.
The small town family feel is real at this establishment. The food is mouth watering goodness.

I had a wonderful experience at Chili’s thanks to the amazing service from the manager, Curtis. There was a small issue with my order, but Curtis went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected quickly and with a friendly attitude. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. Great customer service like this really makes a difference, and I truly appreciate the way Curtis handled everything. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had 2 awesome waitresses today! Kerrigan & Amber. They helped us make decisions and ensured our food was excellent even when I mentioned that my sliders were very salty. They got me new ones without seasoning!. The Manager also stepped in. Can't remember her name but she checked on us several times telling us we looked like we were having a great time! She gave us extra chips & salsa to take home! It was great to meet her. Before we left the GN, Julian stopped at table to make sure our meals and service were satisfactory. It sure was. The triple dipper, the fajitas and the monthly Radical Rita were delicious! We'll be back for sure. Thank you.
