i sat down with some friends tonight at chilis and waited about 20-25 mins and nobody noticed us after we were sat. eventually i got up and told the lady at the front we had been waiting for a while, and then the manager i’m guessing came to the table. she was extremely nice and apologetic for the wait and was anxious to get us our beverages quickly because i could tell she felt bad. our drinks came out and were great and so was the food. she even gave us a discount on our food and a free appetizer.
Overall, i wouldn’t have come back for a while if it wasn’t for the nice lady that helped us. i’m glad to see good people, good service, and knowing when to make things right. i wish i got the lady’s name so she could get the credit she deserves!

I had to request service the drinks were strong when you could get them the food I did not eat but the kitchen was very loud and cussed alot behind the bar was very dirty and the guy that served our food did not wash is hands in between nothing he was doing so needless to say I did not eat the food and the ranch was watered down to the point you couldn't taste it

My daughter and I enjoyed the new Big QP burger for a late lunch yesterday and we both enjoyed every bite. The burger was juicy, not dry. It was as advertised in the commercials. The manager came to check on us to make certain that we were being taken care of. The restaurant was clean. We left as very satisfied customers.

Worst experience ever, I always eat here never had any problems until today the server barley checked in on my table, didn’t remove items that we were done with, she also messed up everyone order, she couldn’t get nothing right , then it took 20 minutes to get our check, then it took another 15 minutes to fix the checks and it still wasn’t right I don’t recommend her being a sever because she didn’t know what she was doing, food was mid, burger was burnt chicken barely had sauce on them, 0/10

This Chilis will always have a HOLD on US!! Food consistency is always great.. service is always polite never experienced anything rude at this location.. Managers are always walking table to table to ask how things are and if anything is needed they definitely work as a team to get everyone taken care of! For me… THE RIBEYE here is always COOKED perfectly 🔥🔥 never dried out as weird as this might sound THEY COOK STEAKS better than most steakhouse restaurants in the whole Sumter , they make Outback look hella bad! I’ll forever give this 🌶️ CHILIS my 💰💰!! We go here at least once a week if not more 🤣 Best place SUMTER got!
