The peach cobbler milkshake is not at all what I expected in taste and peach cobbler to ice cream ratio it's just not worth going and sitting in line for, if it's given then ok.

Would give zero stars if I could. They make you wait at the speaker after ordering for a solid 15 minutes and then tell you to pull forward. Asked the lady at the window why they do this, as this is the 3rd time I’ve been told to wait, and she said it’s to keep their wait time down so they can make sure they look good for higher up. Complete bs. Won’t be visiting this establishment again

The service sucks. We waited in the right lane for over 30 minutes only to be told to move over to the left lane with putting us behind multiple cars having to wait even longer. When asked about why this happened and why there was not an object blocking the right lane, we were rudely told “I’m going on break” and the other employee played on his phone waving us off saying “we will try to put up an one on something.” Do better!!

Very poor customer service. No smile, no greeting, had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Once we got our food, I had to ask for our drinks. I then had to go back up and wait several more minutes just to ask for the sauce that is supposed to come with the onion rings. While I was waiting, a woman was cleaning tables, there was nobody in the lobby the entire time we were there, why couldn't she stop and help me? She saw me standing there waiting for something. Enjoy the food, the prices are decent, just wish we could've received better care.

In Sumter for the holidays. Just left an event & stopped by Cookout drive'thru on Broad street for two corndogs. Everything appeared fine at first until Irealized that the person on the window who collected my cash used his nasty hands to open up my container containing my corndogs & toss in an abundance of ketchup & mustard (why not just drop them in the plastic bag?). These "kids" need to be trained properly on avoiding cross contamination to ensure they're doing their part to keep customers safe & healthy. Needless to say, I paid for the corndogs ( allowed them to keep the change) drove off & tossed the entire tray in the garbage. I will likely not return until management gets a clue.

Can you call it fast food if it takes 15 minutes. Which makes no sense since only one lane wasn't moving. Three cars in the other line arrived after me and left before me.
This place is disgusting. There's hair all over my food and they got my order wrong. I was the only one at the drive thru and it took 5 minutes before somebody responded. There's is a severe lack of maturity in this area and this place fell victim to it

The food was only okay. The barbeque plate was especially disappointing, with a kind of ground meat in a patty shape as the centerpiece. The service was slow despite our group being one of only two customers in the store. The store was cold, with no discernable heat except what came from the kitchen. The best aspect of this visit was the low price!
