I asked for a banana pudding milkshake and they gave me walnut and I’m allergic to walnut. Didn’t realize til I got home it said W and saw there was walnuts. Thank god I didn’t drink it. Yall could seriously hurt someone with not reading the cups. I had to repeat my specific milkshake 3 separate times

Let me start out by saying that every Cook Out restaurant is NOT the same. While a premise behind some fast food restaurants is that the food should generally taste the same at a specific restaurant no matter which on you visit, my mind is changed. The food at the restaurant in Sumter, S.C. was phenomenal! Add to it a clean facility and a very courteous staff, we will absolutely be back to Cook Out after less than pleasant experiences in Virginia. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Keep up the great work!
