Probably the worst cookout I've ever been to.Prices have doubled in general over the last 4 years at cookout, that is whatever but I've been to this location twice and both times I've gotten gyp'd. First off you pay like $4 for some cheddar bites and I got 11 bites in total. Laughable at best when the bag wasn't even half way full.Second you get a 'double chocolate' shake and it's whiter than MJ post-op. Third I asked for extra quesadilla sauce and even had the worker repeat it back as one of the option... open it up and NO sauce ?The wait is dumb, even when there was literally no one there I was about to leave before someone said 'go ahead and order'The people working there have attitudes and don't give a flying rat's.$19 for 2 trays and the only upgrade was one shake.. wild. Cookout used to be known for getting a boatload of food for cheap.I've never had such poorly prepped food nor such piss poor service from a cookout in my life across the east coast.
I recently visited cookout with the expectation of enjoying a milkshake, but I was met with an experience that fell short of even basic hospitality standards. The service was unfortunately lacking in both professionalism and courtesy. Staff members were not only rude but also seemed ill equipped to handle their duties effectively. The absence of a manager on duty was evident, as there appeared to be no one to uphold or enforce any standard of service. This visit was disappointing, and it’s my hope that the restaurant addresses these issues to improve these experiences for future customers.

Sloppy ol' burger and run of the mill fries. It was ok but I think other burger joints are better. The service was good and friendly and it's not their fault the food is less than mediocre.

The second time my wife and I came here, they served my wife RAW chicken. When I went to return the sandwich, the dining room smelled funny and needed to be cleaned. Also, there were people before and after me were returning their orders.
The food is always good but don't go inside to order. Drive thru is more important. I've been standing at the counter and they have taken 6 drive thru orders. Another lady is waiting on a drink refill as well. That drive thru seems to be the only thing the workers focus on. When you only have 30 minutes for lunch, this is NOT the place to go. A worker from the back came up front to deliver something to the drive thru lady. He decided to jump in and take orders, after 2 other groups came in.After waiting 15 minutes, I get my food, head back to work. The slip on the box says BBQ plate but it's a sandwich. So disappointed today

Ordered a cheese burger with fries and cheese bites and a chocolate shake. This is just pathetic. The shake isn't mixed at all, no cheese on the burger and no cheese bites. Don't stay open late if you can't staff the place with people who can actually fulfill an order.

Well.....what can I say, this location has gone down hill in the past few years. It was the best place to go to get your money's worth but that has changed. We stopped going here as much because more than half of the last 10 times we have been. Too many times our orders have been wrong with some items missing completely. Tonight was no different. And the portion sizes have changed as well. Food doesn't taste as well as it did in the past.
