“Overall probably the best experience I have had at this location. It was a Friday evening and moderately busy. There were at least 10 employees and all were doing something. I always request when ordering online that they dont cut one pizza due to cross contamination of meat. For some reason every single time I go to pick it up the pizza is cut, this time it wasnt. YAY!“
“The person taking orders was very friendly but was having a difficult time getting an order from their app to complete. She tried several different ways of completing that order, so while still trying she asked if I knew what I wanted to order. She gave my order verbally and told the others to start it and she would enter it when she was able to complete what she was working on. When she got the app order completed she again apologized for about the 3rd or 4th time, and I let her know it was okay and stated "so much for the app making things easier" ! She laughed and responded yes , like really. So she applied a 5.00 discount to my order that I didn't expect. Paid for my order and my wait time was very short from that point because it seemed like only a couple of minutes and one of the guys was bringing me my order!
That clerk didn't let a difficult upset her or make for a bad experience for myself or the customer whose order didn't go smoothly.
