On october 5th at 1:00pm. I ordered around 12:50pm. I get to the store to pick it up. The single employee just keeps talking on speaker phone to a boyfriend or something, takes out others peoples pizza from the oven that just ordered. She just stood there instead of talking to me or anything on the phone while my pizza just sat getting cold. She was too busy on the phone. Im not even explaining how bad this shit was. dominos delivery driver had wrong order, then marked my order as “complete” so we had to issue a refund thru Doordash. then dominos called me confused, and the order was finally dropped off almost 2 hours after me initially ordering. food was barely warm and the loaded tots were disgusting. my wife was up all night with a stomach ache.

So, your site says you delivered my food which is cute because you didn't, but we wait because maybe it's a delay. 15 or 20 minutes later I call because that's not a glitch and I sit on hold for SIX MINUTES listening to your menu over and over, because heaven forbid you answer a phone. Give up finally and leave my house, get five minutes away and it turns up. Hot as hell too so they weren't just running half an hour late. If you mess up a customers order you call them, you don't pretend like everything is fine while you fix it and ignore your damn phone. At least we have a better option here because what the actual hell.

The new dominoes off Mccrays mill work ethic and customer service is Horrible...the kids spend more time running their mouth to each other, hanging up in calls without even saying hello (answering the phone and hanging up without even a greeting)...the apps says the food is delivered and then within 30-45 minutes afterwards the food arrive. The culture has been quite nonchalant and uncaring for a food service employer. I love seeing our young folks employed and doing something positive. These employees need to tighten up on work ethic, phone etiquette and customer service

If I could give them a ZERO I would. We have worked all day long and as soon as we get to our hotel I places an order for my crew. Order was accepted. Order was paid for. Less than five minutes later the order was cancelled. No one called me to explain or offer a resolution. I know Pizza doesn’t take long to cook so they could have prepared our order and delivered it. But nope, not only do they cancel our order without telling us, when I figured out the right number to call, the person on the phone said “hello” and then she corrected herself saying “I mean Dominos”. When I asked for an explanation she said uh cause we’re closed. SUPER professional right?

Poor quality, and poor time management. We live 5 minutes from the store and will get alerted “driver just left the store with your order” and won’t arrive for 30-45 more minutes. Pizza arrives luke warm at best. Don’t recommend this store at all.

Ordered the pizza an hour and a half ago and still no updates. Tried calling them multiple times and sat on hold for 10-15 mins each time with no one answering the phone. This place is absolutely horrible and would not recommend wasting your time and money on them.
