Y’all are embarrassing! I’m glad I quit on this place a year ago, nothing but bunch of CLOWNS. People, go spend your money somewhere else that doesn’t have awful staff and expensive lazily made food!

Very clean and very friendly and kinda relaxing atmosphere.. they did mess up on something but then they fixed it and I got to keep the mess up and that was appreciated... they didn't just throw the food out like most restaurants do these days!!!

Very upsetting I’m been on hold for very long time, order showing delivered but we never recieve anything !!!!!! And it’s so hard to talk to them can’t have anyone on the phone . I’m usually patient but this one makes me very upset. Save your time order somewhere else.

Was given an incorrect pizza with my order, I called the store 4 times to try to get the correct pizza and no one was answering. This isn't the first time we have had this happen with this location, but it will be the last. The store was clean and the girl at the front was polite when I was picking up, just wish they'd answer the phone.

Went to this location last night and all I can say is I’ll always go to the wesmark location. I decide to go to this location since it was closer to my house, I ordered curbside since I had my puppy with me and sat there for about 10 minutes after my order was done for a min, they didn’t have no customers or cars in the parking lot… when I went inside, I didn’t get greeted, one of the ladies were leaning on the counter, using profanity.

What is this nonsense?! I placed and paid for an order, and more than 1.5 hours later, it still hasn't arrived at my hotel despite being marked as delivered. Can't get a hold of them on the phone.

Never order from this location! Over 2 hours from order to delivery. Called after an hour and was on hold with store for 45 minutes. Drove to store while still on hold to see four employees sitting watching the phone ring. Was given massive attitude when asked the store about our order stating they were busy a few hours ago. Insanely rude to my wife and child. This store needs to be shut down

employees try to ignore people at the window, leave earbuds in while working, and sit around talking while customers wait on food. Make it make sense. Foods good but my food was dropped after I waited 15 minutes for someone to grab it off a shelf, then looked at me like I was stupid.

Let’s be very clear! Mrs. Kendra with her nasty unprofessional self needs better management training if she’s a manager. First and foremost I called about my order. Was told they didn’t have one. Called the Dominos store on Wesmark and they didn’t have it. Recalled back to pinewood store and finally Mrs. Nasty Kendra finally located my order. I’m explaining to her my order was missing an item. Of, course she gets nasty when it’s not her order or missing item. Asked for the general managers information and was refused that information. Let’s just say this. Kendra will be reported and handled for her unprofessional behavior. If this is her in this picture from two weeks ago she needs to be fired. No excuse for this type of behavior.

I ordered a pizza online for it to be delivered, when I called to check on it, I was put on hold for 15 minutes so I drove down to the store in the rain to be told that they had not made it yet because they wanted me to know it was gonna be a two hour delivery wait. The manager had an attitude and did zero to help make things right. Last time I ever fool with Dominos.
