Poor quality, and poor time management. We live 5 minutes from the store and will get alerted “driver just left the store with your order” and won’t arrive for 30-45 more minutes. Pizza arrives luke warm at best. Don’t recommend this store at all.

Ordered the pizza an hour and a half ago and still no updates. Tried calling them multiple times and sat on hold for 10-15 mins each time with no one answering the phone. This place is absolutely horrible and would not recommend wasting your time and money on them.

DO NOT ORDER from this store. If I could give it a 0 star I would. I ordered my pizza on a Monday night at 6:59 pm. It is now 8:36 and no pizza has been delivered. The store doesn’t care and stated I would have to return the food in order to get a refund. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. This franchise is giving Domino’s such a horrible name. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow to lodge a complaint.

UPDATE: They did cancel my order and refunded my payment. I would still caution anyone from ordering from this store.

I ordered a large pizza from pinewood stores it took an hour and a half to receive it when I did it was cold and dry and was not editable and was thrown out cost was $30.00 when I called I was told I could get a credit and was not ask for any information I called again this morning and was offered half of my cost this is no way to conduct business I will not ever order from dominos again.

It took 3½ hours after our order to get our pizza.
We called, listened to obvious lies and excuses about what was taking so long.
The couple of people I talked to on the phone were very rude and unapologetic, and dismissive.
This is also the second time in a couple months this has happened. Both were on weekdays and the first time took 2½ hours.
I will happily go to a competitor before ordering from this store again.
I feel if Domino's keeps letting this continue, they'll be closing this store location before long.

I placed an order for almost $70 on August 9th. I placed this order a little after 8pm. Our food did not arrive until close to 11pm, even though the tracker showed the food was delivered 30 min prior. Our food was not edible. I called the store, and sat on hold until they closed. I called the next day and I was put on hold. I drove to the store while still holding for a "team member" as I walked in the door, imagine my surprise when there were two employees standing around with cell phones in hand. I explained everything she took my info and told me the manager that was on duty would call me back. That this was not the first time this manager has had these kinds of complaints so we will refund your order and remake it but that manager would be the one who has to make it right. This was on the 10th. I have yet to hear from someone. I have called on many occasions. I finally spoke to someone on the 19th. I went through the whole spill with another "team member" . He said he was calling his manager and would call me back. Well you guessed it, no call back. I called today and spoke to the manager on duty and explained everything he said, I am going to place you on a hold to finish up this order real quick. I am currently sitting here on hold for the past 33min. The sad thing is this is a new store. Retraining is needed. Gotta do better!

I wish I could give zero stars. Delivery took over an hour and a half. When I called after being on hold for 15 minutes a manager said that they only had one driver and my food should be delivered sometime soon.. while I was on the phone with manager food was finally delivered but it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for DAYS. Cheesy bread looked like someone was eating it.. the manager said that in order to get a refund I had to return the food. I got to the store received a refund but when crew/manager took back the food they didn’t throw it in the trash which concerned me. I hope they aren’t trying to resell food!!

Never got delivered when it says complete, tried to call just got put on hold with the same menu for 30 mins. Terrible.
