The person taking orders was very friendly but was having a difficult time getting an order from their app to complete. She tried several different ways of completing that order, so while still trying she asked if I knew what I wanted to order. She gave my order verbally and told the others to start it and she would enter it when she was able to complete what she was working on. Why have a priority pick up when you have all the employees in the back the come up front and take someone order as two just stand there and talk. Once he was done he did ask my name as he went to the drive thru. Once he was done handed me my order. Get a manager in the store!This is the second time this has happened and will not be a third.
