Walked to the store during business hours to be turned away by a locked door and a staff member stating “drive thru only sorry”. Sad that you can’t give money to a business for goods they will later throw away after hours. Hope the franchise owner sees this review and corrects it moving forward.

26 minutes for 3 orders. Each drink was made incorrectly AFTER telling the male employee that they should all be lemonade based and not tea. Horrible experience for such simple orders. Do not recommend. You cant even call the store to speak to someone!!!

Wow! I have been to some bad DD but this one just awful. I stop to get coffee and use the RR NO TOILET PAPER NO HAND SOAP. I asked for the long straws for the large drink I have, no don’t have those. Can’t taste any carmel in my iced latte. My bacon was not the snackin bacon no season on it at all. I would say this DD needs corporate to fix a few things. I didn’t read the reviews before going in. Do believe if you read them. This place is a joke. As the Bon Jovi song says.. you give DD a bad name.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever been to in 20 years of traveling across the country. I don’t even write reviews. Avoid this place. Poor Slow Service. Waited 20 min for a coffee two days in a row with only one car in drivethru. Coffee and food is horrible especially the donuts. Clearly no training or Management in sight. Rude employees with No customer service, no hello, nothing. This location needs to fix this quick, making Sumter look bad with the hardworking service members that come here.

Decided on donuts this morning. Got to our local Dunkin store, however door was locked. Server directed me to the drive thru. Sign clearly stated 7am? Got donuts at drive thru. Disappointed!

I don't know why I keep coming back, hoping things are different...about 10 days ago, went thru drive thru. Order all wrong, took 3 people to finally get it right. This time, had GrubHub deliver, and missing bagel bites and bagel of sandwich was BURNT! Can't believe they thought that was acceptable!?

Great little Dunkin. It would be easy to miss. Well staffed, no wait, and our order was perfect. It was great. I love coffee, and it's become my favorite since I moved from Canada and can't get my Timmies.

The worst staff ever. The ladies working don't acknowledge anyone in the lobby, inside the location is filthy. The service was ass too.
The day I went there. I ordered on line. Something was going on in there bec police was there. One of the staff had a very nasty attitude all I wanted was a refund bec they said they were closed. One if the staff was very very nasty. Bec they were closed. I did not care how nasty you at your going to refund my money. One of the other staff helped me. Won't go there ever again.

The phone number isn't in service. I needed help with an order I did not mean to make through the app and the phone number is not in service. Now I have a case number with corporate and have to wait two business days to get six bucks back. Please fix the phone.
