READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY. I am a DoorDasher, came here to get an order I was running late to pick up, more than enough time to get ready. I stood at the pickup counter where two young looking employees one looked Asian with blonde highlights, the other was white with light brown hair. They both completely ignored me so I gave it 3 mins before I looked over the counter and saw her wiping off the counter and sweeping the floor. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but I’ve been waiting here, there didn’t appear to be a spill. I told her I was picking up and she asked me what I had. I thought she meant like individual items, no, she had no idea what the one dozen donuts consisted of. So she then randomly puts donuts in a box. I checked, of course they were wrong. She said she didn’t have that receipt (lie) then she goes to where the receipt would be on the computer and oh look, there it is. But didn’t look at it to make the dozen. Don’t know what just happened but this Dunkin needs a whole clean out and reboot.

Absolutely terrible. Super slow every time, especially in the drive through. Orders are often wrong and the McDonalds ice cream machine works more often than the frozen drink machine at this Dunkin. I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts and this is the worst I’ve ever seen.

My husband went to grab some this morning and they were hard as rocks. I’m not sure why we keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The donuts are always stale and old. I literally couldn’t even take a full bite out of it. We will not be giving them any future business. It’s a shame Murray’s isn’t open on Mondays.🫠

Consistently disappointing. If you door dash something and they dont have it ig they’ll just throw anything in the bag 🤦🏾♀️ instead of just canceling the order maybe? And me getting a refund ? …. Ordered breakfast from here yesterday, the door was locked even though the door said the lobby opens at 7 and I arrived around 7:10. The food was really good and so was the coffee, was able to go around and get my order from the drive thru.
Service is terrible, lobby wasn't open at 630 like the sign said it opens at 6, they don't answer their phone. Drive thru is obnoxiously slow. It is most likely the worst DD IN THE

I personally went in and placed an order at the counter for a pickup the next day. I was told that the order would be ready by the prescribed time of 6AM as I had requested them. My receipt in hand, the lady in charge asked me why they would have taken an order for maple frosted when they don't have any. How should I know?! She wasn't offering solutions even a credit back to me! I asked when she would have my order fulfilled. No answer. I asked if I could get at least the creme filled (part of the original order), so she went and got me those, but with powdered sugar instead of glaze. Can I get them glazed instead? " No. That's how we make them." No offer to get some fresh made ones glazed and filled. Dunkin, YOU'RE FIRED!

This particular location is horrible......First of all, it took at least ten minutes to order at the drive-through with only one vehicle in front of me, second, once at the window it was another ten minutes to pay and leave.....
