This morning at Eggs Up, I was greeted by a very cheerful young woman when I placed my order. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but her positive energy made a real difference in my day. She was smiling, upbeat, and happy to help, and you could tell she truly enjoyed what she was doing. She was even in the Christmas spirit with fun makeup and earrings, which honestly lifted my mood more than she probably realized.
I was not in the best headspace when I walked in, and that simple kindness and great service turned my morning around. Experiences like that matter, especially when you are far from home.
Excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and a place I would absolutely make a point to visit again if I am back in town.

SAVANNAH the cashier that helps with Door Dashers was very rude and unprofessional to my Dasher. She wasn’t much help, I tried to speak with her & even Door Dash tried to contact her for the misunderstanding that my previous dasher took my order. My Dasher was patience and professional and Savannah chose to have an attitude & “ got the order made” anyways . Busy or not that’s very rude of her. Last time eating at that particular location.

The food was really good. It was hot and fresh. Our server, Halley, was excellent. Even though they were busy, she was very attentive and polite. The price was very fair and the portions sizes were also just right. I enjoyed eating there. The only thing was it was very, very loud in there from conversation and nothing to stop the echoing. It's hard to hear the conversation at your table. That being said, is definitely return. Everything else was fantastic.

I always enjoy my food here. I usually get the traditional home fries without bacon and Sunny side up eggs on top... Wonderful! Good process and friendly staff. It's a bit loud inside but that could be fixed, Halley was great!

All breakfast Islands especially should be served on very warm plates. Breakfast orders cool off very quickly. The only food quality item I have a complaint about are the hash browns. I like my hash browns with the little crisp to them. I've always gotten cooked hash browns that are tasting like they were rewarmed and are soft. I would eat there more but the prices are very high.
