Went there on 12/1/2025 around 2:00 pm to get a sub, I haven't been to this place in years. However, I didn't get anything to eat because the line was a little backed up due to one of registers wasn't working properly. The girl trying to figure the register out clearly was frustrated, and she took it out on the other young lady working the other register who was about to take my order. She pretty much stepped over to her register and took it over, then talked to her so nasty in front of everyone. The young girl feelings were hurt, and she took off to the back, I felt so bad for her because that attitude was uncalled for. I left after that; I can't give them my business if you going to treat your own people like that in front of everyone. I went to another nearby place to get a sub. As a military veteran, attitude is everything to me, you can have the best food, but if your attitude is that bad for all the public to see, then thanks but no thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Customer service really needs improvement. I am not saying they have to welcome me there just saying when you give someone their food don’t slap it down on the counter and when they ask for a container to put sauce in (that was originally ordered) don’t hand it to me with a grumpy look. A smile goes a long way in customer service. If you don’t like dealing with the public maybe find something in industry or even a kitchen behind the scenes.

The girl working the register this evening complained when I came in to pick up a delivery order. She gladly helped others before and after me, but verbally complained when I reached the register.

Smells yummy when you walk in.
Friendly staff. Menu is easy to read with large print. Stocked options. Restaurant is clean. Location seems simple enough, I wasn’t in town long enough to get to know the area. Overall good first time visit to any firehouse subs. Sandwich came well packed in its own disposable dish, that’s a nice feature I wasn’t expecting.
Edit: I’m not a fan of the honey ham. I found the ham too sweet and downgraded the overall sandwich experience.
I also looked over the receipt and see I was charged $1.50 for a pickle spear, now I will say the pickle spear was unexpectedly more flavorful. The zest of garlic and pickling spices added a nice touch to the meal, but shame on the restaurant for charging $1.50 for a spear and not even letting the customer know there was an extra charge.
Star deduction for the ham and the uninformed up charge.
