Manager terrible additude.. I'm im Customer service... and thats not the way to be... I spent over $80.00 lastnight for sandwiches for my family..I will not return.

The food is good, that's generally a given. The service was at best a zero, but I couldn't select that. The 4 employees lack of care and urgency led to a 30 minute wait (it wasnt busy)...for the sandwich without my side of mac n cheese and au ju sauce.
I really do like firehouse subs, but it's not worth the wait.

Sunday afternoon lunch. We were the ONLY customers and the store was filthy! EVERY table was dirty, the floors were sticky and the drink station was filthy! Sumter can do better!

The drink machine was not working at the time, but we're still charged for a drink. I feel in that circumstance they should have compensated us or suggested we not get one.

What has happened to this place?????? Service and food used to be great. Now the workers are grumpy, unfriendly and just miserable. There’s a tall cashier whom doesn’t even greet us anymore. Just stares at us. Doesn’t ask for our order just stares. Oh and the toaster hasn’t been working in weeks!!! Put a sign on the door already! Why make me wait in line 20+ mins just to tell me it’s not working! You know most of your sandwiches are HOT and toasted right? Fix the toaster. Please.

I got a BLT from them recently only 1 piece of bacon on it and had to much oil and vinegar on it got 2 pickles on the side but only received 1 and tried to call and tell them how unpleased I was because it cost so much payed for another pickle and they were rude and would not offer another sub or refund so make sure u get what ur paying for and not getting half of what ur paying for and rude service with it they used to be better then this wish they could figure out there problem and give better Service and Subs !🥪
