Did they cut down on fries or something? We went just yesterday and the regular fries were nothing close to regular we usually get (we also went there like weeks ago) but smaller than a small. It’s fine if that’s what they did but little explanation would have been nice.

Let’s just start with if you’re going to work in the kitchen then maybe pull your hair back. Please don’t play with your hair with your gloves on then touch peoples food. And then when you tell this person they say they didn’t realize they did it while doing it again. And then touch other people’s food. Just nasty. Like where is Dhec when you need them

We ordered over 55 dollars worth of food to be delivered via the 5 guys website. Their site said the delivery would be through doordash once the ordered was submitted. The food was picked up, but never delivered. We called the restaurant to ask where it was, only to be told to talk to doordash. Doordash said we needed to talk to 5 guys.
We called and tried to explain the issue to 5 guys and they at first didn't want to refund the order or do anything. They kept saying it wasnt their fault. Why use a third party service to deliver your food if it's unreliable? Eventually they said they would refund us for the order, but it's been over a month and nothing ever happened.
This food is already way overpriced as-is, but to never receive it, let alone a refund for it is bs. So not only did the driver steal our food, but 5 guys stole around 60$. Never again.
