Ginza Grill Japanese Restaurant

Ginza Grill was great! Good quality, affordably priced sushi and hibachi. They even had a pretty good quality sake. If you're looking for Japanese food or Asian fusion, this is a great option!

This used to be one of favorite sushi spots. The food quality is starting to suffer and the people making the sushi have gotten rather sloppy as in not properly trained. When you attempt to pick up a piece of sushi and every piece falls apart. We hope the quality will get better as we don’t want to write this place off.

My friend ordered us Ginza Grill through door dash. This was our first time ever trying this restaurant. She had the shrimp and chicken hibachi plate and I did the Pick 2 rolls (crunchy crab roll and T&T roll). Packaging of her plate was great. The rolls were underwhelming and not impressive what so ever. Later in the evening I felt nauseous and with intense upset stomach. This morning she woke up nauseous and vomited in the shower. We will not be ordering from Ginza Grill again.

Ginza’s customer service is terrible. Waitress was rude and put no effort towards her job. She also decided to tip herself extra from my card which lead me to writing this review. STAY AWAY!

Absolute worst customer service called three different times to just order the food. The first time they asked me to be placed on hold so I said OK. I waited 13+ minutes On hold and nobody answer the phone I hung up the phone and tried to call back and then nobody answered two more times absolute worst place do not like this at all

This place deserves a 4.8 star rating! Much better than what Google is showing. I had sushi and my lady had ramen. Both meals were good

Garbage azz food. TatesLESS, non seasoned, over priced, un sweetened tea. Bathrooms were locked. A lil house salad for 4$ was rotten. Do NOT waste your time OR money. Worst restaurant experience ever.

They gave a cup that someone clearly chewed on. We asked for the rainbow roll (no rice) and got the fire roll.

There were hard plastic shards INSIDE the sushi roll, the one we didn’t even order.

The table was dirty and you can see the unclean kitchen.

Otherwise, a wonderful restaurant with good quality food! I love eating there. The sushi, bento boxes, and wontons are my favorite!!

WHAT A SCAM!!
I called in an order for Steak Donburi ... I got Steak Hibachi. The meat was tough and vegetables overcooked. I called to ask if there was a mistake with my order and told who answered the phone that I got Steak hibachi... the person I was talking to said it was the right order and that was what they served for donburi. Not worth it at all I got a small bowl of hibachi for the price of a full serving of hibachi.

I felt sorry for the poor waitress. She was running herself ragged when taking care of all the tables, cashing folks out, and having to answer call in orders.... she did all this while there was 4 people standing around behind the counter.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT

Great hibachi and overall great food.
