I had a last minute order for my husband and a friends promotion from E4 to E5. The lady here NAILED IT!! She had it done within a couple hours and not only did it taste good but it looked amazing!! She was so kind and super accommodating!

We did the buy 5 get one free on regular cookies (M&m and orig Chocolate chip) and a regular blue raspberry jolly rancher drink, the cookies were really soft and fresh and the drink was made nicely. The service was okay, we had to wait on the server to finish talking with a friend that had come by which wasn’t great at all, once we were finally acknowledged we still had to wait as there was somebody sitting down waiting on an order and only one worker, we eventually placed our order and it was a smooth transaction from then.

I could not be more grateful for this business! I was in a bind and needed something for my sister's birthday ASAP! and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed! Meka came in ON HER DAY OFF to get me this cookie cake done and ready in the same day! and not to mention she did more than an amazing job! it looked exactly like the picture and i am so excited to give it to my sister for her 40th birthday!! the whole team was amazing and I could not be happier! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH I LOVE YOU!!

Probably the most disappointing excuse for pretzels… no salt at all on them, kinda cold and nasty chewy almost if the yeast hadn’t properly bloomed, just threw them in the trash. Then an extra 45 cent charge for “raise in cost” wanted a nice little treat and can’t even enjoy it and have to pay extra…

Stood there waiting for our order to be taken. Man standing there cleaning acting like he didn’t even see us. Walked by us twice and went to the back. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and was thinking maybe he wasn’t the one doing orders because someone else was in the back. Well finally he comes and puts his hands on the counter and kinda leans forward and says can I get you something…. Yeah.. not anymore. I had to walk away.

I love the cookies from this place, but the people were not the most patient with me and my two friends. Considering it was one of the few times I visited, I will probably end up coming again. Maybe not the one at the sumter mall though.
