Today, I had a long wait at the intercom,5 mins at least, before the girl asked me what I would like then I said I wanted a number one then cuts me off and put me on hold again in the middle of mid sentence then that was like 5 mins, came back and says, "what kind of drink would you like?" I was like,"on that number one" then cuts me off and says, "that ain't what I asked you" which got me out of my character and she changed the tone of that voice then.. just wanted to state in my order what I didn't want on the burger! People need better training when it comes to these customer service jobs sheesh 🤬

Got my order taken and while i was talking the young lady on the headset was talking to people in the background. I waited 9 minutes on three sandwiches. While I waited I just observed that there was sense of urgency. I was the only car in line. Then I noticed that 2 of the girls working the front were wearing bonnets. Definitely not a good look for a professional setting. I hope some changes are made.

I bought lunch from Hardee’s yesterday on Guinyard Drive Paid $13.07 for #1Combo With strawberry shake substituting for the drink Never again will I eat there again While the Shake & fries were fine, the Burger was cooked so overdone that it was like eating a burnt paddy and I was EXTREMELY Disappointed Good-Bye Hardee’s of Sumter My Monies will be spent better somewhere else!!!
They were really rude. Yelled at me because I was try to verify no bacon on the burger because my fiance can no have pork.

We ordered and waited for 20 minutes at the drive-through without being told that they still have to cook. Went in and just accepted the nine pieces of tenders that they had instead of waiting beyond the time we waited for that full order. Disappointed at the worker that pulled us up not letting us know that it was gonna be nowhere near being ready for a while.
