We had a medical emergency today at the Hardee’s in Sumter. The staff was quick and took good care of us. I couldnt think straight, so I wasn’t able to thank them again, so I hope, they read it now.

Waited at the window for 5. Minutes before I was finally asked to pull forward. Then waited another 10 minutes before finally got my order. All I ordered was the 3 chicken strips platter. I only get a 30 minute lunch, and I spent half of it waiting for my food.

I ordered the $5 special with a double cheeseburger, small fries, small drink. The fries were bland with nearly no salt. I got a sliver of meat with my first bite which reminded me of the old Wendy’s commercial, “Where’s the beef.” The sandwich had little taste. I will stick with thickburgers from now on.
