Sometimes missing the soda I drink and the tea isn't to my liking to eat with my meals. They said they were out of mayo but found me plenty for my BLT! Waitress was great,!

We came in for breakfast and they had so many issues, took forever to get our food, even though we got a discount we never asked for because of it... just be warned if you dont have as much time as we did, the hot cocoa cups were small now too.

The food was ok. The but the service was HORRIBLE. Me and my family waited at the front area for 15 minutes when so many seats were empty and waiting for our food were another 45 minutes. We got there at 1:07 pm and did leave till 2:34 pm.

My portion was small I ordered 3eggs 3 pancakes n hash Browns they cooked me 2 eggs instead of 3 my pancakes wasn’t fully cooked it was soft n mushy in the middle n my syrup was watery n tasteless n they cooked only few than a hand full of hash browns n charged $15 im so pissed I won’t be going back NEVER FLORENCE IHOP IS WAY BETTER!!!

Food was hot fresh and yummy. However, the service was terrible, we had greasy and gross utensils, and some of the staff were fairly loudly complaining about customers. I understand customers can be difficult and the job can be stressful, but it is VERY unprofessional to be discussing that sort of thing in front of other patrons. Especially so loudly. Overall was not happy with our visit
Waited 20 minutes after getting seated for waitress to come. Breakfast for both of us was stone cold not to mention that my eggs were so raw that clear liquid came out as if just cracked. Did not eat them. Asked waitress for another small pot of coffee took took pot and never came back with it. It was so cold in there and it was 35 deg outside. No heat! Our section was full of tables empty and not cleaned off, while waiting area was packed full both inside and at door area. Waitress brought bill and no correction for raw eggs was made. Charge $3.59 each for coffee and only each got one small cup out of pot. Asked to see the manager. Sat there another 10 minutes and no one showed up. We left $6.00 and left. Not a good way to treat customers.

It hurts my heart to give IHOP a one star. What happened to this location! This used to be a booming restaurant. I went to this place a month or so back and it was about empty. Nonetheless, it took us almost an hour to get some food. I like IHOP so I went back again last night. There was literally no one in that place but me and the people with me. It was totally empty at 6:00 p.m. . Even though I was the only one in there it took a solid 10 minutes for a server to come and take my order. Once my order was placed we waited for 30 minutes and at the end of 30 minutes they came over and told us they didn't have the item we ordered. I left at that point. They have no ability how to run a restaurant or what to do or either they just don't care. It appears to be a little bit of both and it's really sad because it's a beautiful building but that staff is ridiculously sorry.

Ceilings are falling apart and molding, and the service is horrible. I stood at the hostesses station while three different waitresses walked by doing nothing - looked at me and didn’t do anything. They just continued doing whatever they were doing 20 minutes like that and I didn’t get a table. horrible. not the first time this has happened. I don’t know why I tried coming back
