The cajun turkey wings are my favorite! The soul rolls are addictive as well. The staff is always nice and delivers the food as ordered.

Didn't even get to order! Heard great things but when I called to ask questions about the food the person who answered the phone was very rude!!! When they get better customer service then maybe I will give them a try.

I've stopped by food truck 3 times..wings and sauces are pretty good. However, the customer service from the younger kids on my last visits will be the reason I won't patronize the truck if I should see it anymore. One lady, maybe the owner, was very sweet though.

Great experience. The service was immaculate and the food was wonderful. Look forward to my next visit.. Highly recommended.

Tried this wing spot tonight based on others reviews. It surpassed my expectations. I decided to go with the 20 wings so I could try 4 different flavors. I honestly can't decide which is my favorite. I loved all 4. Susies sauce is a vinegar mustard based BBQ sauce. The mango habanero is sweet with a kick but not overpowering. The garlic Parmesan has so much garlic which I mean let's be honest you can never have too much garlic. And finally the spicy lemon pepper was spunky and different for a lemon pepper. I'm already excited that I have leftovers for another meal. I also ordered the Parmesan garlic fries and the corn. Both were good but honestly would just come back for the wings!!!

I definitely think this are the best wings in town, I love Susie's sauce as well as their bam bam shrimp fries, they're always good.

One review for both of the Susie locations. I first went to the location on Manning Ave then the location near Shaw AFB the next day from my first visit. Was it that good? Yes it was for me to be cool with going to a different spot. Many of you know that there can be a big difference with the food despite being from the same chain. On my first visit I went with a chicken wing basket that came with fries. You get a choice of sauces and I decided to go with the Susie Q sauce. It's got a tangy zip and to me it can be one of those all-around sauces that can be used for dipping, a condiment, your wings or any meat of your choice. As I checked out the menu and finished up my order I saw some collard green egg rolls and a red velvet cake that was teasing my taste buds. The wings were good sized and mainly drumettes which I prefer over flats. I took a chance of getting the wings sauced up with Susie Q sauce over it and was not disappointed. I am also glad they included some extra sauce to dip the egg rolls in. The greens were well cooked and even found some ham hocks in it. Oh and that red velvet cake was the final ingredient in my food coma. On the next day I went to the other Susie location outside of Shaw AFB. I saw they had a special for a whiting fish sandwich. No complaints but it was really whiting with two pieces of white bread. Now for some this might have been a no they did not situation. Not for me. This was like an old school meal I use to have back in the day and I just needed the hot sauce. The two pieces of fish were huge and were seasoned nicely and my only suggestion would be to include a few more slices of bread. Definite a place to checkout if you are looking for some good food at more than reasonable prices. There is also a point program you can sign up for with your phone number. I give them their props as I have not got a high pressure sales text or offer for discounts from them since I signed up. Much appreciated.

Honestly super disappointed. I waited an hour in line & another hour for my food. I ordered honey hot wings and there was nothing hot about it. I wanted lemonade but they ran out. The wings were also not fried well and kinda cold. The fries were okay but not worth $10. I understand they have a large following but if you can't handle the traffic then maybe you shouldn't use the truck. I have heard the restaurant is better but they've got to find a better way.

Oh my! So yummy! We've tried teriyaki, bourbon, garlic, dry rubbed j**** and Susie's sauce. First of all, the food stays so hot in the to-go containers so that's a huge plus. The chicken is fresh and we LOVE that the sauce is caramelized onto the chicken keeping it crunchy with tons of flavor in every bite. The Susie's sauce is saucy but again the chicken is crunchy. We tried the loaded fries, garlic parmesan fries and the fried mushrooms- all were super yummy and we'll try again! He surprised me and got us cinnamon rolls last Tuesday. So good! We have loved everything we have tried. He even said he wouldn't go back to that *other* wing place anymore after eating at Susie's. I'm looking forward to having brunch from the food truck!

Susie's Chicken & Fries is one of the best local restaurants in Sumter. I'm a vegetarian, but none of my co workers have ever complained about their wings. Also, their garlic and parmesan fries are just stunning!

Well... where to begin? The wings are perfect. Very meaty, tender, and always cooked fresh-- so wait time will be a few minutes longer than you are used too. Quality before anything else. So sometimes I just call my order in or go online to place it. Now my father is hooked. The 25 wings, split any wat ya like, is only $20 (includes tax). I cannot begin to tell you everything they offer, but when you see all the people in line or people waiting for their food at the restaurant(s) and food trucks, you'll have a better understanding to their quality. Locally owned. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Try it once, and you'll be hooked! And try the lemonade, and Susie's roll, and cinnamon bun, and... shoot, try it all. Carter
