Absolutely loved it here! We just moved into sumter and they have the best Pacific Islander tacos ever!!!!! I unfortunately cannot remember our waitresses name but she was so amazing and so sweet!!!
We arrived at 8pm had to wait for a table to be cleaned which is expected cause they were packed. Waitress got our drinks and the tea was good ol southern sweet tea. We ordered and our burgers came out about ten min later. The sweet potatoes waffle fries were really good, the burgers were cooked perfectly and when I say awesome!!!! One of the best I’ve ever had! !! I’ve eaten here before but not since the menu was changed last year, and have never had a bad experience at JL OGRADY’S!!! Thank y’all for setting the burger bar standard high!!!!!

O’ Grady’s has been one of our favorite downtown restaurants…good food and good service typically. Yesterday we intended to eat there but changed our minds. When we got downtown we parked across the street and headed over to O’Grady’s. It was 11:25 AM- we noticed on the door they opened at 11:30 AM. It was quite cold that morning so we decided to try the door. It was unlocked so we walked in. Several staff were at the back of the restaurant and immediately told us “we’re not open! We don’t open until 1130.” Well, we had hoped they would say come on in and have a seat and we’ll be with you in five minutes. But instead they said “you’ll have to come back in five minutes!” And then, as we walked out, they came and locked the door! Not only was it rude, it was very unprofessional. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.

Found a parking place right in front. Always a good sign the memorabilia is amazing and I'm not very fond of sports it was impressive. The food was the best. They let me craft my own burger ? enjoyed it very much excellent customer service ?
