IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! FIRST OFF THIS MY SECOND VISIT AND THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Please do not come here if you hungry!! You will wait an hour minimum before you get your food!!! I went here and had to wait for the girl to come from FOOD LION to take my order even though it was people in there that could have took it!!! I believe they are understaff but atleast let people know they will wait an hour for food! I never in my life will return here!!!! Oh!!! Guess what? They was out of half of they sides!!!! Not to add my rice was hard!!!!!

The food was great and the server was so sweet! He was very attentive and the southern hospitality could be felt as soon as you walked through the door! We had a big party and they took very good care of us!

First, if for some reason you are thinking about eating here, I highly recommend that you walk in and see if their floor feels like you’re walking on tiles polished with super glue. I’ve never encountered such a sticky floor (gross). In general, the atmosphere in the facility is dingy and run down. On to the food, the fish was just ok, and they didn’t have any tartar sauce (very disappointing). The fries were fries, just like the frozen ones you get out of your freezer and stick in the oven. The mac & cheese was also just ok and tasted like a couple tablespoons of salt was put on them (salty would be an understatement). Also, the soda had a weird aftertaste, so either the machine that dispenses it is dirty and/or it’s the ice. Lastly, they have cornbread that is supposed to come out like complementary bread/rolls at other restaurants, but the waitress “forgot” to bring them out, despite them sitting on the counter right behind the cash register. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend eating here as there are too many other places in the area worth your time & money.

The hostess and owner were nice. Salmon, chicken, fish and turkey were the only options on a Sunday afternoon. The entrance was dirty. The chicken was stale, had a bad stench, the collard greens were too sweet and it was bruised. Hardly any of us ate the food. It was a waste of money, totally disappointed.

Hands down the best fried chicken I've had in all my time in the South. Staff is super nice. Their gravy is the bomb. Going to be coming back every time I'm in the area without question.

Service was great! Food was okay. I'm not sure what all I was expecting but It was mediocre to me. I would give it a second try though. Maybe it was just an off day.

My friends and I went for breakfast. I had the fish and grits with scrambled eggs and toast. It was the best I've ever eaten. The grits were perfect. I didn't need to add any seasonings or butter. Even the toast was perfect. They also brought cornbread squares to the table while we waited on our food. Again.....the best I've had. It was drizzled with what I think was honey and had a light dusting of cinnamon. You can't go wrong with the lemonade either. They have an extensive menu so you can go for breakfast like we did or have lunch or dinner.. The restaurant is adjoined to the gas station next door, but don't let that stop you from enjoying the food there. You won't be disappointed.I forgot to take pictures of our plates before we ate.

Very disappointing; 2 smothered pork chops w/ rice, green beans, and Mac n cheese. Out of everything I listed, none of it was good. They some how managed to mess up the green beans ( it’s hard to mess up green beans). The macaroni looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, your better off going across the street to McDonald’s for better food at a cheaper price.
