I just came from KFC. The line and the wait time was very long! I didn’t mind that so much but the meal was awful! The chicken was dry and tasted like leftovers that were refried! I was very disappointed!!

awful drive through had placed an order the gal repeated the entire order
1 2 piece meal original with mashed potatoes
1 3 piece meal crispy with mashed potatoes
1 3 piece meal original with both mashed potatoes and Cole slaw

Get to the window she repeats a whole entire different order I repeat our order and she gets made and instead of 3 piece crispy the box had only 2 pieces instead of the Cole slaw the box had mashed potatoes and extra biscuit

You don't deserve any stars the gal quickly handed me the change and it almost was like she was trying to throw the drinks and bag of food
We were not in any way rude she clearly repeated the correct order back at the drive through but at the window it was wrong

I ordered a number 8 with coleslaw and Mac n cheese with honey mustard.i had to repeat my order at least 3 times. I got a number 8 with mashed potatoes and gravy with no sauce whatsoever. Husband gave me his mac n cheese but I had to put in a bunch of seasoning. Next time I'll just cook myself.

One night I went there to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer at first I was told the order was canceled. I told the cashier the order is not canceled, so I proceeded to call the customer and they also confirmed the order was not canceled, and that this wasn’t the first time this type of incident happened at this particular location. I told the cashier again the order wasn’t canceled. I was told by the night manager to park on the side to wait for the order. I patiently waited for a little over 30 minutes for the customers order. I waited until the line went down and pulled back up to the drive thru window. I asked about the order again, only to notice the order was never prepared, and was even lied to once again that the order was picked up. I explained the order was not picked up, because I was waiting on the order. Afterwards I waited at the window while watching them NOW fixing the customers order after almost an hour of waiting. While on the phone with the customer for the second time the customer was not satisfied with the customer service provided and neither was I being someone who has 7 years of customer service experience. Also I’ve worked at this location years ago , and I know how things are suppose to be prepared and based on the experience it was not professional at all. Too many young kids working there not taking their jobs seriously. I am very disappointed in how the standards have been lowered within this location. I pray the best for all of them & hopefully in the near future they will have proper training on how to conduct business & how to properly both serve & treat customers.

In Sumter for the day and just wanted a quick bite. This turned into an ordeal. Please ask how you can help me and don't sigh when you ask do I want a breast or wing ..lastly you fry chicken all day every day so why am I waiting 15 mins for you to fry a wing? Your people could be your asset train them to be assets to your customers.

Service was nice other then that I would go there if it isn't for the food itself. Asked for extra gravy and thought we would get it but they barely scraped more into the tub we got. Wish we got a container after saying it three times. Chicken bones on legs are showing, meat is barely there, and there were no forks/knifes in the bag so we had to use the ones at home. The soda flat too they need to change thier co2. Wouldn't recommend. Bojangles is better.

I went to KFC on Sunday 04/28/2024 at about 10:30/11 AM. Man when I tell you that food been so damn good! The biscuits been fresh but had a slight crisp on top. And THAT CHICKEN laawwdddd … man that original chicken been mouth watering! Whoever cooked that food out they soul into it. Love this KFC.

Customer service is terrible....They did not get my order correct. And they looked over me many times. They also acted like they didn't hear me speaking to them.No one took my order. I ordered at the kiosk that kept malfunctioning. All and all TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE.

We ordered at the kiosk, when we went to the counter there was a lot of confusion. Then we had to wait more than 5 minutes for some part of our order...it wasn't clear what. Several people came in ordered and left...we never did figure out what the hold up was. The food was good and the order was correct. We had to ask for napkins multiple times. The lady kept telling us where they were, we tried to explain the dispenser was empty...after several attempts, sitting down with our order and going back to the counter we finally got napkins.
