They ran out of crispy chicken AFTER they took my money & coupon. Expected me to wait approx 14-16 minutes for another batch to cook. Offered dry breasts 🙄as another option. Gave me 3 small, dried out tenders that probably was cooked earlier that day. Broad St location is slow & lazy.

This location of kfc is so sorry and lousey and false advertising and there food is nasty for 1 thing and they give poor services it says they close at 10 I went up there at 9:30 and i wasn't even trying to get a big order I was just wanting 8 biscuits they talking bout they closed and the lady that I talked got really nasty with me cussed me out had attitude called me names I got sick from food from there location earlier today anyways they gave me bad service like I said I would not recommend this place it's all around poor service poor hospitality all around bad I'll never go there ever again and I will make sure no one else that I know as well never goes there I give very bad review on this they just need to shut that location down permanently

Ordered at the drive thru menu. Once I reached the window, the associate at the drive through window snapped my total at me, and took my card. After my purchase was approved, she handed me my card, my food and then slammed the window in my face. If you would like to be made to feel like an inconvenience, this place is for you! I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I went to this KFC on Broad Street and NEVER in my 29 years of living I will never go to this kfc ever again. While I was in the line , someone was loudly cussing, yelling at cars, and saying that we were close and he wasn’t cooking anymore so probably he was a cook … it was 9:15 , even though it’s was cars were in line. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Whoever owns kfc needs to find new managers who actually care about who they hire, matter of fact he needs to find NEW managers it feels like they just pick anybody off the street to work there. Terrible management and attitude. Do better, KFC!

I visited this KFC yesterday, and the management was terrible. The manager on duty—her name was Edith, I believe—had an awful attitude toward both the employees and the customers. It’s no surprise the service was so bad. The lobby was packed, the drive-thru line was backed up, and instead of helping her team, she was busy yelling at them. The whole situation created a really unpleasant atmosphere, and I even saw one employee walk out because of how poorly she was treated. The young lady who left seemed like a smart, hard-working, and respectful person—shame on Edith for driving her away. It would be completely wrong if KFC decided to fire that employee after what happened. Very disappointing experience overall.

I wish I could give negative stars! I was there yesterday and the managment sucks! Edith, was her name I think. She was catching attiudes with the workers and the customers. Which is more than likely why the service sucked! The lobby was full, drive thru was backed up and she still found time to yell at her workers instead of working together to get the job done. And a worker walked out because of her nasty attitude.
Went to the drive through said my order, the woman taking the order had an attitude and wasn't professional at all. I couldn't understand what she was saying cause she was talking too fast so I asked her to repeat herself she ignored me. I pull up to the window and ask her the same question again and I explained to her that the order was wrong. She had a slammed the window was saying a bunch of things that I couldn't hear she then opens up the window and snatched my vard out of my hand and rudely gave me my food. The whole experience was just bad I understand it's fast food and service isn't gonna be A1 but if you're having a bad don't take it out on others or find another place of employment.

They get no stars for me found someone DNA inside of my bag, and on the wrapper of my chicken sandwich, it appears to come from the nose or the mouth when I told the supervisor she said that she needed proof even though she was staring right at it so she turned the blind eye, but that’s fine. I won’t be eating there no more.

Went inside to order, our order was taken at 6:18 pm. We ordered six thighs six breasts extra crispy. Paid our bill including an extra $3.00 because we ordered breasts. At 6:40 pm the manager informed us that our order was considered a special order and it would be 20 more minutes for our order to be ready. It's now 7:06 pm and we just got our order. I have a lot of patience, but this is excessive. I will never come to this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. My advice; get your act together or get off the stage. Customer service should always be your priority.

Take out order repeated twice when ordering and again at the window. Asked to double check and I was assured everything was in the bag. Stupid me...I trusted them and it was a huge mistake. Absolutely NO sauce was included which is a must for chicken tenders. Food was cold and below average in taste. Will not be returning to order again. Very, very disappointed.
