Placed a pick up order to be picked up at 7pm. Got there about 7:05 EVERYTHING IS ICE COLD & HARD the order was placed at 5 so they must've made it then & stuffed it in a oven! I spent 37.70 but was missing 2 of the meals and sides honestly if I wasn't so tired I would've taken everything back my fault for expecting better though !

Rude drive thru cashier. Didn't get any dip cups and 5 fried pickles for $ 2.49. That's 50 cents per pickle slice . Outrageous :(

Worst place in Sumter, I placed an order for pickup and when I got to the place they screamed at me saying they didn’t had any sides to complete my order, they’re not professional because they should’ve called me saying that they weren’t able to complete my order. The place online says they close at 10 o clock but they told me in the store that they were open until 9:30 and plus they didn’t gave me any refund on the store, I had to go on the website which is a pain to get a refund. Very racist people. I do not recommend this place at all.

There was a wasp in there dining room it scared my son so he did not eat that much and the sweet tea was so bad
This establishment is one I have gone to during my childhood years until my adult years. I became aware this year that this establishment supports Trump. My money will no longer be in support of KFC. My money goes where I am valued .If the government is involved in supporting establishments that don't align up with me and my beliefs , it's a no-go for me and my community .

Just wow!! Ordered food on the app 12/21/24 said my food would be ready @5 well guess what it wasn't. The worker girl tossed out a big bag of sealed food, then slammed the sliding glass door in my mom's face!! No unfortunately I trusted them and didn't go through the bag, I was missing a whole bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuits. They added extra frys to make the bag seem more full. Complained on the app that was worthless to they only refunded me for the freaking chicken. That was our whole dinner. I had a hysterectomy a week ago and have my mom staying with us have 3 kids no didn't feel like cooking. This location on a weekend is awful. Never again!!!
