I ordered 2 of the 2 for 4.99 meal I asked for a breast and thigh the lady said "it's a 99 cent upcharge for the breast" I told her "it's fine" price was 11.97 as I gave her the amount. But as soon as I got home I ain't even get the breast I ordered just a tiny leg and thigh with my side and biscuit This is poor communication the lady didn't even let them know. Because how you gonna charge me 99 cent for something I wanted but didn't even give me the damn item I ordered. Please KFC do better

I stopped in for lunch and met with one of the employees, he was very friendly and helpful and professional and my food was great. On Broad street in Sumter. Stop by and get what your taste buds desire.

I have been waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of anybody in the drive thru. It's well below closing time there's no customers inside. At least put up a sign that says drive thru is close. Very disappointing. Not coming back again

The overall visit here was better than any KFC I've ever been to!Ms. Chantel introduced us to the new blackberry lemonade (which I highly recommend) and was otherwise perfectly lovely during dinner. Food was great, service was speedy, and the impression left on me will be long-lasting. 10/10 ?
KFC ? is really good they have awesome crispy chicken. And good size

ordered 2 pot pies and after paying was told there would be an 8 minute wait. if i had known this i would have ordered something else. 20 minutes to get 2 pot pies. never again

Ordered the meal and put the exact change on the counter for the cashier. She then said I was supposed to hand it to her. Nothing posted in the area which said I was required to hand payment to the cashier. Very demeaning. I went to fill my drink and there was no ice. They said the ice machine was broken. I sat down to eat and opened the box to find the size of the chicken was extremely small. I've eaten there before and did not have a problem. Wondering if there was a change in management.

This KFC is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. Honestly should be shut down, they get no business and still manage to take forever, get the order wrong, and put out terrible food. Will not return I’d rather starve to death.
