I walked into the store today and saw management harassing and corner a Girl and she looked upset because of it and would not let her go without following her, it looked like an arguement.. the past Saturday I went inside and saw another employee hitting a man in the back of the head and body after cussing at him.. I think the owner needs to fix things real quick and the managers watched and laughed and didn’t do anything.. on top of that I never got my food for 30 minutes after the fact and I sat there asking when it’s gonna be done and the woman who was hitting the man was giving me disrespectful attitude

I ordered on the app and after 10 minutes it said it’s ready for pickup so I drive there and I live maybe 2-3 minutes so that like 13 minutes. It’s not done and I waited 20 more minutes inside of the store waiting for my food they give me the right food but the wrong drinks and give me every sauce but the ones I ordered. I mean this place is ridiculous there was more workers sitting on their asses everything is on a order slip how is it that hard to get wrong?

Who is in charge of this employee selection? No manners, poor communication. Food is great. The experience from the employees make it not even worth the trip. Ordered online, still had to wait 15 mins for food. Sat at the drive thru with no communication for 10 mins

It's always meh or miss but they're close opposed to going across town. The workers act like they don't want to be there and more times than not they might as well not be. Sat in drive line waiting 10-15 minutes, Never asked for my order. I pull around to order and there's noone there either. Not at the counter taking someone's order just nowhere in site. I continue to pull up to leave and whoa and behold I assume one of the workers is sitting at one of the booths. Guess I'll ride further up Broad street

I did not have good experiences here years ago and stopped going. But they have really gotten better since, the people there are awesome, great service.
I am never going back here. The dining room door was locked and when I went to the drive-thru they said it was open. No original recipe chicken. And I asked for the military discount when I was at the drive-thru and they did not give it to me

I ordered 2 of the 2 for 4.99 meal I asked for a breast and thigh the lady said "it's a 99 cent upcharge for the breast" I told her "it's fine" price was 11.97 as I gave her the amount. But as soon as I got home I ain't even get the breast I ordered just a tiny leg and thigh with my side and biscuit This is poor communication the lady didn't even let them know. Because how you gonna charge me 99 cent for something I wanted but didn't even give me the damn item I ordered. Please KFC do better
