Waited 10 minutes and it was like waiting for a masterpiece. Italian Cheese Bread for $6—not a single square without cheese. The crust was light and crunchy, the inside warm, soft, and cooked perfectly. My husband ran in to grab it for me (pregnancy craving emergency) and when he came out with this treasure, I could’ve cried. But the real MVP? Rachael. She cooked it to perfection, handed over this cheesy glory, and in that moment—Rachael, you were my hero.

The only thing I don't like about Little Caesars as a whole is they do not have their own delivery drivers now. So when something is missing, you have to drive to the store to get it and/or fight when doordash for refund and/compensation.

I didn't remove any stars because it is not the stores fault. Everytime we get our food from this store it's hot, appearance is pleasing, and customer service is always nice. Thank you.

It is my personal experience that "Hot and Ready" is rarely accurate. Had to wait 30 minutes for a very simple order. While I was waiting, the exact pizza I had ordered was placed in the hot and ready oven and another customer came in, asked for one, got that one and left...all while I was still waiting for mine. A simple solution is to just drop the "hot and ready" promise - it sounds good in theory, but just ends up frustrating customers. As far as the pizza...
