Our server was excellent... our food was hot. Steak was a lil bland, but tender. Salmon was a lil over cooked, but decent. 1st table we were taken to, was dirty. We were left waiting while the hostess went to find someone to clean it. We sat at a different table. There was trash on the floor...

They had a server running around in panic mode with no help! i’m assuming she was new. None of the other servers to help her, Manager no where in sight to help her either. It seems like a one for all at logan’s instead of a team and helping one another.

I am writing to file a complaint about a manager named Marcy. I do not understand how she is in a management position when she is unable to treat her workers like human beings. The way she conducts herself is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in a customer service environment.

Management should set the standard for respect and professionalism, yet Marcy does the opposite. She would benefit greatly from taking a customer service course, as well as a course on basic human decency. No employee should be treated the way I witnessed.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning after this. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
