I got charged 2 times over $86 for a order I never placed I called up there and talked to Mike the general manager he looked up my name and said you have not ordered from us and told me there was nothing he could do .i asked him for the corporate number and he acted like he did not want to give it to me. he got rude after 5 minutes of waiting I called the number he gave me and got no answer. Spend your money with someone else they don’t even have customer service and they are a franchise.

On 31 October 2024, I placed an order with the general manager, Christina. While placing my order, I had a hard time hearing so I moved into the house. I apologized and asked her to repeat herself. She asked for my address. I gave it to her although questioning why she needs my address. Continued the with the order and at the end I asked her if this was for carry out. She said no, you said delivery. I said ma’am, I did not hear you mention anything for carry out or deliver. She says I had you verify your address and I can’t change it because I already pushed it through. She continued to go back and forth with me. I asked her if there is a price difference for carry out and deliver says yes $5. I said ok I want to pick it up (because the restaurant is down the street from my house). She had a huge attitude while huffing and puffing that she cancelled the delivery and it is carryout then hung up on me. Her customer service was very poor. Upon pick up, the nice gentleman behind the counter says she’s always like that (rude). If you don’t like your job, then find a new. As someone who worked customer service, the customer is always right to a certain extend. And being the general manager you can over ride the order and made it so much more simpler than arguing with the customer. Please send her back to customer service training because it is very much needed for Ms Christina.

If corporate checks these, the artist working tonight deserves a raise not to many folks do like this anymore and on top the love they got talent with the flavor set up as well October 23rd 2024

Update: manager called to explain the staffing challenges- including shortages, training, etc. made every effort to rectify the issues raised. Clearly cares deeply about the business and her staff. Will give it another chance.

This place is hot garbage. I ordered the food and it took well over an hour. Apparently the place was such a dumpster fire and the staff was lost, my doordash driver was begging me to call and find out what was going on. Just another business in sumter that has gone down hill.

Today was my first experience with Marcos Pizza. I normally wouldn’t eat pizza, only because I just don’t like it. Well today I was out numbered and we had pizza from Marco’s. The best pizza I have ever ate. Next time we order Pizza it’s coming from Marco’s!
