Never been before, I saw a commercial so I tried. It's not my favorite pizza. They did nothing wrong, I just wasn't a fan of the flavor/taste.

Pizzas were ready on time. They tasted good. Only negative -an employee wasn't wearing gloves while handling food in prep area.

On 31 October 2024, I placed an order with the general manager, Christina. While placing my order, I had a hard time hearing so I moved into the house. I apologized and asked her to repeat herself. She asked for my address. I gave it to her although questioning why she needs my address. Continued the with the order and at the end I asked her if this was for carry out. She said no, you said delivery. I said ma’am, I did not hear you mention anything for carry out or deliver. She says I had you verify your address and I can’t change it because I already pushed it through. She continued to go back and forth with me. I asked her if there is a price difference for carry out and deliver says yes $5. I said ok I want to pick it up (because the restaurant is down the street from my house). She had a huge attitude while huffing and puffing that she cancelled the delivery and it is carryout then hung up on me. Her customer service was very poor. Upon pick up, the nice gentleman behind the counter says she’s always like that (rude). If you don’t like your job, then find a new. As someone who worked customer service, the customer is always right to a certain extend. And being the general manager you can over ride the order and made it so much more simpler than arguing with the customer. Please send her back to customer service training because it is very much needed for Ms Christina.

Tonight I ordered pizza and got Love in a box, yall always do an awesome job but love was in what I got tonight. If corporate checks these, the artist working tonight deserves a raise not to many folks do like this anymore and on top the love they got talent with the flavor set up as well October 23rd 2024

Update: manager called to explain the staffing challenges- including shortages, training, etc. made every effort to rectify the issues raised. Clearly cares deeply about the business and her staff. Will give it another chance.

This place is hot garbage. I ordered the food and it took well over an hour. Apparently the place was such a dumpster fire and the staff was lost, my doordash driver was begging me to call and find out what was going on. Just another business in sumter that has gone down hill.

Today was my first experience with Marcos Pizza. I normally wouldn’t eat pizza, only because I just don’t like it. Well today I was out numbered and we had pizza from Marco’s. The best pizza I have ever ate. Next time we order Pizza it’s coming from Marco’s!

To me, Marco's has the best take out pizza from a chain restaurant. Leaps and bounds above Pizza Hut, Domino's or Papa John's.
Ordering online is very easy and quick. They offer great deals every week. If you're paying full price for pizza it's because you're not keeping up with their numerous offers.
The Sumter, SC is the location that a frequent the most. We have ordered take out and delivery and we've never had a negative experience. Either way...delivery is prompt and your pizza is good and hot.

Think I'm going to move on....... ordered curbside and had to end up going on to get my pizza, which was like room temp,i watched the workers inside just walking around....i arrived a few minutes before to get it hot. Toppings were not complete ......same issue the time before this ,the bottom of the pizza was burnt and Toppings were lacking. I switched to Marcos after bad service from another pizza place .....after a couple of bad experiences I just move along.
