Cheese was half melted and loaded with to much sauce

Ordered a salad and noticed as it was being prepared the employee was not wearing gloves. Obviously food safety is not priority! Will not be returning.
I just ordered 4 pizzas through online ordering for delivery, and 3 arrived precisely as-ordered.
However, the White Cheezy that I got was unlike any White Cheezy I have gotten in the past. The only change I made to this pizza was to add chicken, but it was missing almost everything that made it a White Cheezy. First, it didn't taste like it had any white sauce on it at all, like it was just cheese on bread. It also had no sliced tomatoes, no bacon that I could see, and had no feta cheese on top. There also looked to be the odd addition of cheddar cheese, which is not part of the recipe and was not requested.
The other pizzas were great and very much enjoyed by those who ate them, but I wanted a White Cheezy and it was not at all what was received.

Cold food!!! Place an order at 5:05 pm for a large all meats pizza, pepperoni puzzle and a 2 liter Pepsi. Website said pizza would be delivered by 5:45 wife called at 6:15 was told they had to remake the order. An it was be picked up in a couple of minutes and delivered we got it at 6:41. Pizza n Pizzoli were cold and they didn’t even bring our Pepsi. We will be using some other pizza place from now own. Order #170 driver told us to call about the drink and food being late. But this was the 2nd time in a month our drinks were forgotten and food was late. Probably want be ordering from Manrco’s anymore.

Pizza ordered at 5:02 pm. Email announced food left the store at 5:45 pm. Pizza delivered at 6:40 pm. It was luke warm. According to the Door Dash driver, he didn't pick up the order until 6:20 pm. Marco's, you just lost a long standing customer.

Forgot the feta cheese on our florintine pizza.called back after getting hung up on.They want me to drive from Columbia to bring it back instead a replacement tomorrow. To managment if you see this please reach out or post contact info. Thanks

I ordered pizza for our company and it was delivered wrong and cold. I called and the young lady answering the phone picks up and says please hold and puts you directly on hold. This happened 6 times in a row. Then I was hung up on and had to call back only to go through the same process of please hold 6 more times. Then a young lady named Tatiana said she was the general manager and obviously she hasn't had much experience with customer service because she was completely rude and was condescending and told me I had an attitude and I told her that Im sorry I ordered my pizza and it was wrong and delivered cold and I was placed on hold over 10 times and hung up on and all I wanted was fresh and hot pizza then she placed me back on hold (yes again) unbelievable to put me on the phone with the manager and was hung up again. I will be getting a refund at this point. Very unsatisfied and extremely frustrated at this point. My suggestion is definitely do not order from this location HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
