So I went in there today on my lunch break in made my order however they forgot the main ingredient which was horseradish sauce in I got them to remake it so I’m like cool however they failed again. So the lady that was in charge for the day!!! I approach her she didn’t say hello how may I help you or anything🤔🤔 so I was like hey I sent my food back twice in they didn’t put the main ingredient which is HORSERADISH SAUCE ON IT IM LIKE YOU TOOK MY WHOLE LUNCH HOUR IN ITS STILL NOT RIGHT. SHE THEN ASKED ME SO DID YOU WANT HORSERADISH SAUCE HONEY IT TOOK ALL OF ME NOT TO ACT FOOL😂😂 I was like yes duh,,, she went to get me some I said no I’m good just give me my money back🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. In as I was proceeding to leave the girl was talking about me to her co-worker. Get some customers services and then talk to me. Needless to say that’s strike 2 I’m good

Service was good. When I came in I was trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. Once I was ready they promptly took my order.
Seemed like a lot of employees for very few customers. Maybe just a slow time of day for their business.
Not sure watered down 8oz soup is worth $6.99, but I saw the price before I ordered. Just figured bowl size would be just that. And didn't realize it was watery until I got back to the hotel.
Not a lot of healthy options in the area. So, you get what you can get.
I'd do this again. Maybe not the soup next time though.

Love some McAlisters, biggest downer is when you are rung up, then asked to select tip amount, at this point nothing has been done, order was taken, that's all. Kind of deflating,

The food is FANTASTIC!! I love the French dip sandwiches. I am here all the time. But for someone who is a regular you would think they would know me, and my face. They do not care to get to know their customers, pride their selves in the work they are doing. Call me old (32) but they should be making sure your order is correct before they bag it up. Even while dinning in, the ladies are messing up the orders. If I ordered a French dip 12” and you ring up a 6” French dip…That means you weren’t listening. Or when I am ALWAYS riding online and I get home and my food is incorrect, my child are missing their fruit, drink and chips…etc. I can go on. I was told one time I couldn’t get a refund because the kids drinks and side are part of the meal. My sandwiches was made incorrectly and they gave me a free one which is the right things to do but what about my children. Just ordered there Nov 9th 2024 and my children were missing their drinks. They bag everything up and then just handed it to you. But if you ask to check it they get snobby like I don’t trust them. Well no not really. Do better McAlisters, do better.
Kid-friendliness: I would say they are kid-friendly in a sense of food but the staff is not nice to my children.
