I placed an order for delivery through their website directly on 1/23 and never received the order. The delivery driver was from DoorDash and showed up with Taco Bell for Grace then never came back. I called the restaurant twice and was told by a manager that I would receive a refund. No refund was ever given. She also told me to come in for a free cookie or drink for my trouble. I’ll never be ordering anything from this place again and I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company for the $27.59.

Had lunch here today; Jaden took our order and was not only very friendly but on top of things the whole time. There was a mixup in the kitchen with one of our orders involving an allergy (not Jaden’s fault; he took our order perfectly and confirmed all the details), but he still did an excellent job of efficiently getting it sorted out, and even though the restaurant was busy he took the time to make sure we were all taken care of. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Went to get soup and it was like nothing i ever had before the potatoes were undercooked and hard, the soup was very thin and watery and it left the worse after taste never again.

So I went in there today on my lunch break in made my order however they forgot the main ingredient which was horseradish sauce in I got them to remake it so I’m like cool however they failed again. So the lady that was in charge for the day!!! I approach her she didn’t say hello how may I help you or anything🤔🤔 so I was like hey I sent my food back twice in they didn’t put the main ingredient which is HORSERADISH SAUCE ON IT IM LIKE YOU TOOK MY WHOLE LUNCH HOUR IN ITS STILL NOT RIGHT. SHE THEN ASKED ME SO DID YOU WANT HORSERADISH SAUCE HONEY IT TOOK ALL OF ME NOT TO ACT FOOL😂😂 I was like yes duh,,, she went to get me some I said no I’m good just give me my money back🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. In as I was proceeding to leave the girl was talking about me to her co-worker. Get some customers services and then talk to me. Needless to say that’s strike 2 I’m good

Seemed like a lot of employees for very few customers. Maybe just a slow time of day for their business.
Not sure watered down 8oz soup is worth $6.99, but I saw the price before I ordered. Just figured bowl size would be just that. And didn't realize it was watery until I got back to the hotel.
Not a lot of healthy options in the area. So, you get what you can get.
I'd do this again. Maybe not the soup next time though.
Love some McAlisters, biggest downer is when you are rung up, then asked to select tip amount, at this point nothing has been done, order was taken, that's all. Kind of deflating,
