Got there around 4:45. Order was taken quickly. Received our food in around ten minutes, which is outstanding since 3 orders were ahead of us.Food was just okay. We had 4 different sandwiches and none were remarkable. I'm now reminded of why I hadn't been back in several years.Still, the place was clean and the cashier pleasant.

Literally 10 people working in this place, I counted. I was one of two customers. First in line. Took 20 min to get a Togo 6 inch Italian. One girl was snacking on the pickles or something while she was standing on the line making food, another playing on her phone. Two flirting in the corner and everyone else just wondering around. This isn’t the first time I’ve visited this restaurant and everyone is just moving at snail speed to do nothing. If I was the manager I’d be livid paying 10 workers to do nothing. Look for somewhere else. This place is a waste of time !!!

I just left this location. I order the same meal Everytime. I get the chicken salad sandwich. Instead of the bread I ask for it to be placed in a large cup. That's not hard to comprehend. A young lady from the kitchen comes out to ask me how I wanted my order even though the front cashier already explained it to the kitchen staff. Mind you the two front cashier's are very nice and very friendly. Once, my order is being bagged I asked the question if the cup is a large cup. The nasty assistant manager comes out and replies for the young lady. Again, I wasn't talking to her. At that point the young cashier and guy asked me a question. In the middle of them asking the manager cuts them off mid-way. Those 2 kids were afraid to respond after her answer. From the looks of it she presents a very threatening attitude towards her staff and customers. Those poor kids couldn't even say anything after that. At that point I told the young guy you can ask the question because she can't prevent you from doing so. At that point he was afraid too. I asked for her managers name. Mike if that's you and you're reading this I will be reaching out to corporate. Under no circumstances should we the customers be treated rudely when our money spent is keeping this restaurant afloat. Secondly, the way your assistant manager treats those kids are unacceptable. To say she has such an attitude when I called back for her name she refused to provide it. I hope you handle her because she doesn't need to be in that position as a manager.

I’m not sure if this location is under new management, but the service and food has gone down. The last month or so the food hasn’t been the best. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and of course there was NO CHICKEN. They cut up ham and placed it in the salad. My nachos toppings were nonexistent. The cheese and chili was cold. Luckily, I was headed home. I’m not sure what is going on, but the owner or the manager needs to step in.

I'm a sandwich guy. Love most things between two slices of bread. McAllister's has consistently good sandwiches. Flavorful combinations of ingredients in appropriate sides. My only disappointment is they don't have a grilled Reuben, the bread is toasted, and it's just not the same. Overall, highly recommend it.
First time visitor from Maryland and loved the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Food was good. Loved my Reuben sandwich with mac and cheese with lemonade. I would definitely come back when I visit the area again.
