My only concern is that if you are a manager/supervisor if you need to talk to a employee don't do it in front of customers and be disrespectful. This what I witnessed at the one on Lafayette. I believe respect goes a long way.

Best way to improve this mcdonalds is to shut it down. Food was cold, big Mac wasn't even made right. I have yet to see a competent employee at this location.
One of the few clean mcdonalds I've been in. Large seating area and all the tables were spotless. Bathroom was fine too.

McDonald's on Randolph street in Thomasville North Carolina is the worst for breakfast! Staff is always late to open and if the food is not ready they will give you a excuse saying the register is down and they can't take your orders!!! Avoid this location if possible!
