I pulled up to the drive-thru this evening to order and when I did a baby mouse ran up to the menu. I’ve had my suspicions about this McDonald’s but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. When I saw this I immediately said to myself I am no longer hungry 🤢 Where there are babies, momma is around somewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Went to the drive through with my mobile order. The woman on the speaker asked if I was using my mobile app, I said yes and then she ignored me for 5 minutes I said hello to see if anyone was there she asked if I got the total? Then another couple minutes of silence. All the while I could here her cursing and having general conversation with another employee. I then said hello again and she responded with attitude "are you ready to make your order" i replied i made a mobile app purchase and she told me to move forward. I got my food and the burger was not hot the cheese not melted it was like it was slapped on and that's it. To top it all off when I got my burger out of the bag it wasn't wrapped the wrapper was folded in half like a taco around the burger. The only thing good there was the coke. I will never go back to that location again.

The burger that I ordered seemed as if it had been sitting quite a while. Hardly any onions (a few sprinkled on) or pickles (one and a half) were on the burger. The chicken sandwich my daughter had tasted as if it had been sitting as for a while as well. Both was lukewarm as well as the fries. The sweet tea was really good. We ended up pretty much throwing the food in the trash.

Ordered and received my food from a friendly server. Sat down and enjoyed every bite. Food was hot and very tasty! Met with one of the managers of this restaurant. Her name is Dorothea. Expressed my heartfelt thanks to her and staff members for a wonderful experience and a satisfied tummy.

9am in the MORNING I I pull up to the drive thru. They ask me to place my order. I order a sausage gray biscuit and a... them young lady interrupted and said only lunchtime menu.. I said again no ma'am just a sausage gray biscuit.. she came back and said we're only serving lunch menu.. I replied ma'am it's 9am.. I got no response! Keep in mind the only menu to order from on the screen was breakfast!. Poor service! Bad attitude!

McDonald's as a whole have been getting a bad rep over the years, BUT I must admit, this McDonald's has been working hard to improve their accuracy and customer service, and it shows in just a few short months it almost seems like a whole 180. I've noticed that orders are quite accurate, and the food is fresh and hot. The fries, in particular, are the best, especially when just out the fryer!
The staff has been very courteous lately, and you can tell they care about their customers. This location is open 24 hours, but I’d still recommend checking their website for updates. While it’s a very busy restaurant, they keep things moving efficiently, so you won't be waiting long.
Overall, I’m impressed with the improvements and will continue to stop by as long as they keep up the good work. Shout outs to the management staff.
Quick note: For breakfast. If you have a few minutes and want to start the day off right, try one of their breakfast sandwiches or a Big Breakfast meal. Of course, they have those tasty McCafe drinks.
Fun fact! The ice cream machine has been on and operating consistently - at least as of lately during my recent visits!

There's usually a wait but the food is always fresh!! MAJORITY OF THE TIME!! But Cashier's are always on point and very professional and friendly. This is a great location. One of the best McDonald's to visit!! Love you guys and gals keep up the great work. It's hard to find great personalities these days a very rare attribute!
