I LITERALLY HATE THIS MCDONALDS. ITS NOT A TIME I GO THERE AND I GET WHAT I ORDERED. THE MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE I ORDERED 40 nuggets and. A BASKET OF FRIES PLUS A CHILDREN NUGGET HAPPY MEAL. WHY DIDNT I GET ONE SAUCE THEN THE WORKERS ACT LIKE YOU WRONG. I HATE THIS MCDONALDS HATEEEEEEE

Poor gal doing curbside seemed very poorly trained. Had no idea where her customers were and then forgot half my order when she came to me the third time and finally had the right person. She was sweet but just clueless.

I ordered 2 of the Grinch meals I nuggets and one big Mac got home and there wasn't any socks in the nugget meal. I called they said to come back up and they would give me what was missing tried to tell them I couldn't go back up if I could just leave my name and I could pick up later but they just hung up on me

I’ve been visiting this location throughout the summer taking the grandchildren to play for lunch. The store is consistently clean, food is always hot / fresh, and the staff are always on point. Management is fully engaged with the Team and the overall environment is welcoming.

Ordered a large fry and received the amount equivalent to a small order of fries.
I pulled up to the drive-thru this evening to order and when I did a baby mouse ran up to the menu. I’ve had my suspicions about this McDonald’s but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. When I saw this I immediately said to myself I am no longer hungry 🤢 Where there are babies, momma is around somewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Went to the drive through with my mobile order. The woman on the speaker asked if I was using my mobile app, I said yes and then she ignored me for 5 minutes I said hello to see if anyone was there she asked if I got the total? Then another couple minutes of silence. All the while I could here her cursing and having general conversation with another employee. I then said hello again and she responded with attitude "are you ready to make your order" i replied i made a mobile app purchase and she told me to move forward. I got my food and the burger was not hot the cheese not melted it was like it was slapped on and that's it. To top it all off when I got my burger out of the bag it wasn't wrapped the wrapper was folded in half like a taco around the burger. The only thing good there was the coke. I will never go back to that location again.

The burger that I ordered seemed as if it had been sitting quite a while. Hardly any onions (a few sprinkled on) or pickles (one and a half) were on the burger. The chicken sandwich my daughter had tasted as if it had been sitting as for a while as well. Both was lukewarm as well as the fries. The sweet tea was really good. We ended up pretty much throwing the food in the trash.
