I put in an order at drive thru and I just did my free burger with the points they I have gotten over time and when I redeem the code the lady going to say it's already redeem and I just had did it so they stole my points and when I was telling her that she tried to deny it the only thing imma say is that people need to mind who they stealing points from because God will make sure what you did will come back to you if she was hungry I had enough points for her to get something people are so disrespectful and wonder why they're not blessed

My husband and I are always ordering here. They usually get our orders mixed up, but this is the billionth time they have gave us old fries. We doordashed and the fries were both a large and they were less than half and cold and old! I’ve worked fast food you always make fresh and even if you don’t reheat them like come on, I get it’s late but people pay their money for food we could at least make it right anyways god bless everyone

Terrible service. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin combo this morning. I specifically asked if they could put a scrambled egg on it. I was in the drive through. As I pulled onto the Hwy 378 I opened the bag and discovered I got a ham and cheese McMuffin with a fried egg. Typically terrible customer service in Sumter, SC at the 1060 Broad Street location.

We have been going to this McDonald's off and on for many years now, but more often in recent years with our granddaughters. While we've always enjoyed dining here, it seems that in the last several months, we've noticed a greater commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction. Kudos to management! I'd like to recognize a particular young man--Ken-- who was in the dining area tonight cleaning the tables and chairs. He was very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning. Nothing was missed on the tables and chairs all way down the legs to the floor. Impressive! Thanks for giving us a great McDonald's in Sumter!

The food's pretty good, sometimes. If you get all the food that you ordered and paid for, you're lucky. I was missing a burger out of my order tonight. It seems like your order is always missing something. 😞 I actually got my sweet and sour sauce tonight though. Usually, I get 40 nuggets with no sweet and sour sauce 🤤 but not tonight! Woohoo
