McDonald’s should take some kind of pride in their work. Even though it’s late at night you offer your services for 24hrs, but what’s the point of going late if the service and food is garbage, wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I mean whoever served this burger should quit the food service completely. So greasy that my finger went through the bottom of the box. The bread literally was falling apart I couldn’t hold the burger, also was suppose to be a double quarter pounder and it wasn’t. You should definitely do better McDonald’s. Oh if I could give you a zero star I definitely would.

This place’s a mess all around. It’s hit or miss no matter the day. Employees are almost always ignoring everyone who comes in, even if you wait at the counter for literal minutes they’ll look at you and say absolutely nothing. No “someone will be with you in a minute” or “hi, how are you?”Just nothing. They don’t even do anything either, they just stand around and talk so they aren’t even occupied. Last night I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese and not only did it not have the extra cheese I paid for, the patties tasted disgusting. They tasted burnt and one of them actually was a bit overcooked, I couldn’t even eat it. Some employees are extremely loud and genuinely do too much. Not a good look. Also one time I ordered on the app and had someone pick the order up, they never made it and didn’t even know the order was placed. Ridiculous. All in all this place is okay for a quick order in and out, but y’all need to do better. Where’s the hospitality? Where’s the courtesy? I work in customer service myself and would be embarrassed if my store ran like this…

Sometimes they get it all right and it doesn’t taste bad but most of the time, it’s all wrong or tastes terrible. Why does a caramel iced coffee taste like milky water? Why does it take 10 minutes to make the iced coffee?!
There should be a rating for no stars. I asked for no salted fries I get fries that are old that were dipped back in the grease (to get salt off) so tacky. When I ask for no salt fries I expect no salt fresh fries not ones plastered with salt. Then I got two meals and they only gave me one had to go back up there to get the other meal.
