Disappointed!! Really frustrating when you leave mad. Said something to three different people and they just laughed and said that’s how it is. I have never had an issue before here nor at other locations. Pretty sad when you pay for nothing.

Ordered online and received a “beef burrito” with no beef in it. The second item was a “home wrecker bowl” but was given a burrito instead. Also had no meat in it. They wasted our time and money.

This is the first time I’ve eaten here and it surpassed my expectations! Absolutely delicious and great customer service. I got the Birria Bowl (the meat and rice are under all those fresh delicious toppings ??) and my mom got the Homewrecker Nachos.

I'm not a Moe's girl. Their queso is good though, & their chips are ALWAYS fresh! I only come because kids eat free on Sundays.

My family loves Moe's. We go at least once a week. Once in a while twice a week. They have a great sale on Sundays.

I'm visiting in Sumter, and I've never heard of Moe's. The first time I went there, last week, it was about 7:45 in the evening. I walked in, no greeting enthusiastic or otherwise. I may have been the only customer in the restaurant. As it was my first time, I inquired "how are things worked", young lady in front of me give me a blank stare and said will you tell us what you want and we make it. OK, maybe my fault for asking a vague question, but I was expecting some embellishment. I tried a more directed approach, and I asked which of the meats was the adobo chicken (in the parts they were all kind of the same color), and were any of the meats spicy. The counter person looked like my questions were an imposition, pointed a finger and identified the adobo and provided that none of them were spicy. Having managed retail locations for a national chain how many years, I was really put off by her apathy (could've been having a bad day) and let her know that was OK I'd find somewhere else to have dinner, then left.OK, that was a long intro to get to my main point. Yesterday I was driving by and saw a sandwich board out by the street said $5 burritos. Score! I decided to try it again for lunch. I entered and got a rousing welcome. I asked if there was any particular burrito that was five dollars and a pleasant helpful young man said "no they were all five dollars unless I asked for extra meat or added bacon". Fair enough. I ordered an adobo chicken burrito and was pleasantly surprised that there was no up charge for adding guacamole to it. I added chips and guac and a drink and enjoyed a very nice, tasty lunch. They could've wrapped the burrito a little tighter, neither end it was tucked in. I unrolled and re-rolled it and it was fine. Moral of the story, maybe avoid this location after sundown.

Everything about this place is usually great. It's always so clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. Lately though the food has just been so salty. I think someone should go back over the food prep and do some tastings. Dial it back a bit. It's a shame, I have loved coming to Moe's, but if the food keeps being so salty I will have to avoid it.

Delivery sucks! Wrong order, over $30.00 for a BOWL and the shite was not right. Got a half as apology and then was told could not de a door dash refund. Hours later was given a refund but still how does that help when food is wrong and you have to be a bitch to get it right. Never again. Does this photo look like Home wrecker bowl fit extra adobo chicken, pica di gallo, seasoned rice, pinto beans, lettuce, sour cream and queso. Don't even get me started on the FREE chips and salsa. What a joke!

Can you please tell me if this looks like a home wrecker bowl with Extra adobo chicken, cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, queso, shredded cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream? sure as hell doesn't look like it to me. Plus I paid door dash for delivery over $20.00!?.

It’s all about consistency here at Sumter moes ! Which keeps me coming back again and again. The store is always clean, service is always quick & the manager is always running the cash register & taking pride in helping out around the business. To include keeping up with the parking lot & cleaning behind the indoor trash bins. Food is consistent in temperature as well as quality! Love this moes and great job to these employees!!Parking: Lots of parking but not favorable entrance into the lot. No fault to moes but it can be a pain to enter during certain hours.
