Soda City Market - today April 12th worst experience ever. Not even an ounce of remorse for the crap customer service. Ordered coffee, got told 8-9 minute wait….ok could handle that. 1 hour later got coffee after asking multiple times. Coffee not even that good….definitely not worth the wait. It really ruined our experience and made us miss the rest of the market waiting.
Ordered an iced latte, nothing complicated. It was watered down and not good. The majority of us waiting were not happy with the orders once finally received. A waste of $10 and too much time. Tossed the coffee.
They kept taking orders. Even though they couldn’t keep up with what was already ordered and waiting. Every time we asked we were told we were next. This is not the way to treat people. Save yourselves and steer clear.
