We were in town for a family reunion. Dealt with Joy over the phone and via email. I don't usually do reviews but did want to do one here today,. She was extremely pleasant to deal with, responsive, and quick to understand our needs. The food was all delicious and presented well. Really appreciate how smooth working with her was. The whole family enjoyed to food.

New Beginning's Catering Service is a hidden gem in Sumter, SC. I had a tea party garden and lemon themed birthday party. Joy is very easy to work with and very understanding. She works really hard and does an excellent job decorating. I like that the business has great tasting food, very flexible and are also upfront about pricing. I would highly recommend having your event here. The food is absolutely delicious. The only downside is that if you are looking to serve alcohol, it is not allowed.

We had our end of school year banquet here last week. The food was delicious, the set up was beautiful, and everything went smoothly. My favorite part was the cheesecake!
