Sat at the Bar to drink and eat. Mrs and I split a steak. She had a side salad i hathe French fries. They were out of green beans. Service is really good, food is pretty good

The Bloomin Onion was dripping with grease! The Salads were good. The sweet potato was Dee Lish but the steak I ordered (med rare) turned out to be ground hamburger meat 2.0 and raw! Pink Lemonade was tart. That's why I rated the food 2 stars!

Not too long ago I decided that I was finished with The Outback restaurant in Sumter… the service was slack ,the food was only fair, it was unimpressive to say the least. My 92 year old father insisted we go back, it was always a favorite of his. Okay , I’ll give it a shot for his sake…… 360 degree turn around ! I was more than pleasantly surprised. Service quality and atmosphere was greatly improved. I understand new management has come in? Whatever the case , it has definitely improved and my father and I have been back on a couple of occasions! Great Job

Me and my daughter decided to give this location a break because our last experience wasn’t great, well big mistake coming back, we ordered takeout 08/01/25 and not only was our food nasty, cold, and rubbery, they didn’t put any of our sauces and baked potato toppings in the bag, the young lady who brought our food out was very rude, she just shoved the bag into my daughters window and when my daughter asked her to wait so we could check the bag she rolled her eyes and acted like she couldn’t hear her and went back inside…. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed!
