7/5/2025. Ordered large pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s often. The pizza was very disappointing. Not all the the crust was covered with topping. Gaps in the crust with no sauce. The pepperonis looked like someone had chewed it up first then put it with the pizza. (See pic). I’ll thick twice now before going back.

I ordered a pizza from this facility. The pizza was made wrong. The male manager on duty at the time of the problem stated that he was going to replace the mistake and ensure the error was corrected when I called back. When calling back to redeem the error, The manager jen was very nasty and refused to make good on the bad experience because I COULDN'T REMEMBER THE MANAGERS NAME I SPOKE WITH. BY the previous manager, I was told that they would write my name down. They did not write the name down. ALL LIES. SINCE I NEED TO REMEMBER NAMES, Jen needs to definitely take a class on customer service and how to talk to customers and learn about customer satisfaction. It would have avoided having to do a bad review. Due to UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!

I see the reviews. However I will state for my order... It's the best pizza the zip code. My delivery was fresh, hot, and exact as ordered. The staff member who answered my call was pleasant. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We ordered pizza for delivery. We randomly get a message stating DoorDash took our order and it would be 40 minutes! It was a 15 minute drive to our home. My husband called they stated it was picked up already. They call back and say oh sorry it was a different person and we could pick it up. Husband goes and our orders gone and the manager said there’s nothing they could do. My husband made it home before our pizza got delivered. It was soggy where we could roll it up and more “epic crust” then anything else.don’t waste your money.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a 2liter stary. The driver came fairly quick but didn’t have my 2 litter. An then told me he would have to go back after his next delivery. I called the location and they hung up on me after telling me it’ll take another 40mins to deliver a 2 litter. I’m regretting tipping and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism.
The store does not have its own drivers and relies on services like DoorDash for deliveries, according to the manager I spoke with. Unfortunately, my food was left outside on the ground. They do not have real time tracking As a result, I couldn't track my order because it was handled by a third party. My food sat outside for about 25 minutes. The pizza was acceptable, but the wings were delicious.

The way the management yells at staff is disgusting and the way the employees treat customers/other employees is even worse. You can tell this place is toxic from your first visit. Dirty & ghetto. I have no idea how this place is still open. If I could give negative stars I would.

Don’t order from this location. We ordered a large, cheese and half pepperoni pizza, we got a medium pepperoni pizza,and they won’t refund or money or replace the right pizza. Poor, Poor service.
