7/5/2025. Ordered large pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s often. The pizza was very disappointing. Not all the the crust was covered with topping. Gaps in the crust with no sauce. The pepperonis looked like someone had chewed it up first then put it with the pizza. (See pic). I’ll thick twice now before going back.
Super clean and friendly staff. We always stop by and get our food to go and ride the trail to the park for a picnic.

I ordered a pizza from this facility. The pizza was made wrong. The male manager on duty at the time of the problem stated that he was going to replace the mistake and ensure the error was corrected when I called back. When calling back to redeem the error, The manager jen was very nasty and refused to make good on the bad experience because I COULDN'T REMEMBER THE MANAGERS NAME I SPOKE WITH. BY the previous manager, I was told that they would write my name down. They did not write the name down. ALL LIES. SINCE I NEED TO REMEMBER NAMES, Jen needs to definitely take a class on customer service and how to talk to customers and learn about customer satisfaction. It would have avoided having to do a bad review. Due to UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!

I see the reviews. However I will state for my order... It's the best pizza the zip code. My delivery was fresh, hot, and exact as ordered. The staff member who answered my call was pleasant. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We ordered pizza for delivery. We randomly get a message stating DoorDash took our order and it would be 40 minutes! It was a 15 minute drive to our home. My husband called they stated it was picked up already. They call back and say oh sorry it was a different person and we could pick it up. Husband goes and our orders gone and the manager said there’s nothing they could do. My husband made it home before our pizza got delivered. It was soggy where we could roll it up and more “epic crust” then anything else.don’t waste your money.
