This Papa John on 441 is terrible. The general manager is so rude and nasty. I placed a order back on February 21st and never received my order. She said my order was confirmed delivered and she will not remake my order or give me a refund. Like that’s it. No type of resolution or professionalism. All I want is my refund and I have been getting the runaround since and here it March 11th. My order was $62.03. Josh the other manager finally provided resolution saying he will have my refund processed. Now a week later no refund and Josh and Delayla said I am not getting a refund. Like I’m so confused why say I will and then say no I will not. I am not letting up until I get the refund I work hard for my money and for them to just say no we can’t process a refund after Josh said that he will is unfair to me. I repeat I did not receive my order. I want proof of where it was dropped off at because it was not my house. Im a loyal customer and have been buying from them for a while. I can tell they have to be under new management cause the old management was way better. After this experience I will never order from them again unless they get better management. I need my money back ASAP!

Store messed up my pizza tonight, 01/19/25. Tried to call and have it fixed. Manager unavailable to answer the call. New order number not working either. Would appreciate it if able to receive at least a call back or something, but can't get a real person on the phone. Called from a different phone and store pocked up immediately and when I asked for a manager, had the same issue as above with no manager available to address my issue.

When ordering threw the app everything went well when waiting on the delivery aka door dash they marked the delivery as delivered and there was no food to be found little frustrating if you ask me on top of that this will be the third time that I have been offered a refund and don’t receive it

There's never enough people working there. It always takes over 30 minutes to get your order, and if there's multiple orders on queue, it takes way longer. I've ordered from here a few times, and it's taken up to an hour on some cases. And their deloveries take even longer! There's never anyone at the front register to greet you or acknowledge that you're even there for several minutes before coming up to the front, and when they do, they're never in a good mood. The energy and vibes the employees carry are always stressed or "blah." Started ordering from the nearby Pizza Hut more because of this

I've never really had a problem with this location. Today was a bit of a fiasco, the games were starting, so I get it. I got my pizza and is like to thank Rock, the GM and everyone for making it right.

Ordered food and the pizza tracker told me that the food was ready. Entered store and food was not ready. I waited in the store an additional hour, just to find out that my food had been ready for some time. It just not had been given to me. Pizza was lukewarm, garlic knots not cooked through all the way. How am I going to wait inside the store for an order, and be given cold food and knots that are not even cooked through? Why are you guys saying that the pizzas in the oven and that it's finished, when it's not? Is this not information that the employee or manager has to check off in the pizza tracker?

Placed an order for a Shaq a roni, order of 16 wings, and bacon cheese breadsticks. The restaurant is 6 miles away. Took 90 minutes to get it delivered, and I only got half an order of wings. Will never order from there again. Also, the main label on the pizza box was ripped off.

Horrible!! First time eating at this papa johns..and I will never go back. I was told 20 mins. I get there to pick up my food it's not ready. 30 mins later they ask my name again and still no pizzas. They didn't make the pizzas until we had been standing there for 30 mins. Then the boy claimed he couldn't do a discount or anything because the pizzas were already 6.99. I waited over an hour and spent almost 25 dollars for this crap!! See pictures.

Wow. Just wow. Been a customer for 12 years at this location and tonight ruined it all. Ordered on the app, given a 15-20 minute pickup window. I sent my daughter to pick up pizzas and she was told they were putting them in the oven. I had already received notification through the app & text message that our pizza was ready. My daughter sat for 50 minutes in the store waiting for pizzas that should have been ready.

After multiple calls to the store, finally spoke to a manager who said she was remaking the pizzas. I explained we had our pizzas, just wanted to be compensated for the wait.

Two hours after speaking to the manager, a Door Dash driver arrived on my porch with more pizza. I did not give permission for my address or phone number to be given to a third party.

Food is good if you can get it. Ordered tonight at 8:07,was told 35 to 45 minutes. Call repeativly only to get recording saying or der was delayed but being prepared will notify when driver leaves. This started at 9:00 until 9:30. Husband went to get orders he arrived at 9:49 got refund. Still they have no idea where our order was. I did verify they took my money out of bank account. I had to csll from another phone to get them to answer and push button for a new order. The guy told me I was calling a call center so he had to put me through manager at store. I was again put on the same continuous hold and ridiculous message about all their menu items and deals

I’ve been a loyal customer of Papa John’s for years but my recent order from here made me discontinue doing business with them. The pizza we ordered 6/18/24 was inedible. It stuck to the bottom of the box, fell apart as we tried to take it out and seemed to be undercooked. The pepperoni was supposed to be crispy but it was not. I contacted the main Papa John’s customer service about this order twice and just requested a partial refund for the pizza since the rest of the food was fine. I requested a call back both times and no one has contacted me. Not sure what has happened to this company but I am not a fan anymore. A simple call or email would have resolved this.

I placed an order on the Papa John's app for over $80, hoping for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The Crispy Cuppy 'Roni NY Style Pizza topping was severely lacking; the pepperoni looked like a teenager's acne, with maybe one piece every 3 inches. Additionally, 2 out of the 3 other pizzas had areas missing cheese and just baked dough with not even a sniff of sauce.The app stated the order would be ready in 22 minutes, which matched perfectly with the time it takes me to get there. However, upon arriving, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my pizza to finally be ready. This delay was incredibly frustrating and ruined the timing of our meal.Papa John's slogan "Better Ingredients, Better Pizza" is clearly false advertising. In my experience, Little Caesar's is hands down better than this sorry excuse for pizza and is half the price. Little Caesar's pizzas are consistently topped generously with fresh ingredients and always have a perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and crust. Papa John's, do better!The quality control at this Papa John's location is severely lacking. Spending over $80 on a subpar meal with poor service is unacceptable. For a company that prides itself on quality, this experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from Papa John's again, and I strongly recommend others consider alternative pizza options

Terrible delivery service. My order was marked as “delivered,” though I never received it. I called and spoke to someone that offered to remake and deliver the order. After an hour, I never heard/saw an update or received anything. I called again and spoke to the manager. He stated the driver handed it to me, then said it was left at my door…? I never received anything but I was charged twice. Never again
