The website says they close at 9, if they’re going to close at 8 they should state that on the website. I was extremely disappointed looking forward to a snowball and they’re closed. This NOT the first time this has happened. It’s ridiculous and upsetting.

It was a very hot day when I was passing by, I quickly turned around and stopped in. They have so many flavors to choose from. I ordered a grape and raspberry snow cone. It was absolutely delicious and refreshing. The price was really good too. I will definitely be back.
Service was absolutely HORRIFIC. I waited in line for 30 minutes and still didn’t receive my shaved ice. I walked away empty handed. Server was on her phone and watching t.v the whole time.

SO BAD. dont go there. seriously, the worst service ever. it took so long to get shaved ice with flavor. we were there for 30 minutes and ended up leaving. there werent even that many people there. the lady that was working was on her phone and watching Tv. she was also wearing 1 glove and was touching the ice with both hands.

Large variety of choices for flavors. They bring new flavors or different ways to try the flavors they have for the spring. Always nice staff and kept up and clean. Super great to have at any time of the year and reasonable prices. Love to continue to come here year after year.
Took my girls on yesterday, worker was very rude slammed the window while my daughter was getting her drink. didn't say thank you nothing. I even tipped her. The snowcone was filled with syrup barely any ice. I will not be back.

Slow. Only one family (2 people) ahead of us : The wait just for them took over 15 min. The entire process of getting our cones from wait until they were actually in our hands was over 35 minutes.
