I went to the drive through both young lady and man saw me they didn’t even acknowledge me to let me know if the drive through was close or not so I went on the inside and also they are not clean they were making people food without any gloves on there hands .. very much unsanitary. Never going there again . Poor customer service

Borderline quality pizzas. You can't order a pizza with extra sauce and expect to get it. They let people who's order is late just sit in the Drive-Thru and hold everybody else up. They should ask customers to pull over and park.

I placed order an online for carry out. . I drove all the way across town after placing the order to go pick it up and when i pulled up to the drive thru window the guy turned off the lights. When I didn't pull off he finally came to the window. I asked about my order and why he was closing when the restaurant wasn't supposed to close until 11pm. He said that he was the only one there all day & decided to close early. He was clearly not the only one there all day because another employee was standing outside waiting for his ride. If a restaurant is going to post hours stating that they are open until 11pm, then they should be open until 11pm. My order was confirmed & drove all the way across town wasting time & gas just to be told that he didn't even make the order. No courtesy phone call telling me that he decided to close early. i was there before 11pm to pick up my food. I could have patronized any business but i chose Pizza hut & received the worst customer service ever!

Sat in line for 20 mins to get an order that had been ready for 10 mins before I got there. Food was good but it’s just the fact I was waiting and the workers kept looking up at me while still laughing and joking around. I wasn’t the only one in there waiting for food that was already ready some people where there long than me
The customer service the cleanliness was amazing. I recommend this place any day of the week. Just straight professional like I have not seen in a long time and it is not forced professionalism either.
