I spent over $120 on food from Pizza Hut just to not get any I actually ask for. I received a thin crust with crust on it with barely any cause, the second one supposed to be a pan pepperoni and yet the pizza looked like it was cooked fully, the dough still soft and cold. Lastly I had a big dinner with the biggest dis’s appointment with it not being cooked all the way, tried reaching to the store multiple times just to be put on hold and hung up on me. Why spent so much money just for my kids had to go get other food cause no one could eat that. I need my refund back or for a manager to reach out to me. That’s not professional at all, we all could actually get sick from food being serve not fully cooked.

Ordered bacon cheddar cheese sticks and received regular cheese sticks. Ordered a pizza with no onion and received one with a lot of onions. The food was not fresh and tasted dry. I tried calling them and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The first time I called, someone answered but did not say anything. Tried calling 3 times. Delivery driver was very kind though and great communication with her.

Ordered delivery @655pm, delivery time said 25-35 minutes, on the app it said delivered but wasn't, I waited half an hour till I called the store. Manger was rude hung up,I got my order and hour later and they forgot the soda, now 9pm still no soda. At this point I don't want the soda we all ate, also I order onions and got no onion. Tried calling but keep getting hung up on. No resolution what so ever. Not supporting this Pizza Hut again.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. i’ve given them the benefit of doubt on multiple occasions and yet still have TERRIBLE service whether it be pick up or delivery they can’t ever get ANYTHING right or have anything done when they say. they can’t seem to keep up with their orders being that they said they would remake my order when it was suppose to be delivered an it was not yet it came about 10 mins later. save yourself the headache and eat elsewhere.

Ordered a single pizza for delivery at 3pm and the estimate was a 30-35 min wait. Pizza was finished and according to their tracking it was going to be delivered at 3:30. At about 4pm I call to inquire about my pizza. I was told it was still in the warmer because they didn't have a driver to deliver it at the time, so I told them to cancel my order. They asked if I wanted to come pick it up and i said no. I didn't ask for carryout so I simply told then no again, go ahead and cancel it. At about 5pm I get a knock on my door and a pizza hut driver telling me my pizza is here. I handed him the pizza back and told him the order was canceled. He said they didn't tell me that and he left and I shut the door. Never again pizza hut.

Walter is the best delivery driver they have. He goes above & beyond to help inside the store and out.
Went there to get lunch. Told them exactly what I wanted and even pointed to the sign. knowing he heard me, and they still gave me something else instead. I don't recommend alice Drive. They mess up your order
