This place is terrible. Took over an hour to receive my food. When I finally did, the food was cold and I was missing an entire pizza. Called to let them know the issue and the woman on the phone rudely tells me that it’s going to take 40 minutes for redelivery. I inquired about why I should have to wait another 40 minutes for their error. She becomes defensive saying there was nothing she could do because there were (and proceeds to count them out) 8-9 orders ahead of me. In actuality, all of these customers were behind me since I had ordered an hour prior and was missing an item. My time waiting had long passed. Customer service 101 is to right your wrong. Instead of offering apologies or a refund, she offered excuses. To make matters worse, my redelivery never arrived for missing item yet they charged me for it. Corporate sent me a coupon for a free large pizza after I contacted them but I do not want a coupon. I wanted my money back and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The staff really need a complete overhaul and to hire all new folks and train them properly the first time if they want this location to survive.

Wednesday my family we had pizza it was terrible. My mother and I got so sick. That we couldn't leave the house. The pizza was salty and the cheese was not real. We are still sick for ordering pizza hut. Please it was not cooked all the way. Please be careful of what you are getting. The people were nice ,they asked me did I want a new order. I said NO, but you guys need to do better making pizza. Never again my family will never eat from the establishment again. Today is Friday, and we are still sick from eating at that place. I am being real. Stay away from pizza hut. The chicken nuggets was salty as well. Never again. My mother and I feelt like we are dying. We still feel weak from eating they pizza, I took one bite and I took off the cheese and still got sick. We just wasted our money. I can make it myself by watching it on YouTube. We just kept praying, in Jesus' name, Amen

I order my food it was incorrect my wings was none traditional i don’t eat none traditional wings and when I called they refuses to correct my order and was rude about it gonna tell me they can’t do nothing and mama have to pay I even was gonna take the wings so they see I didn’t touch or eat none out of it but who ever answer the phone was unprofessional . And yes am upset because I had my mine set on my wing and ppp ( Megan was the one who took my order ) sound like the same person took my call am upset 😠

Ordered a pizza for delivery with no onions because my father is allergic to onions, pizza came loaded with onions. No marinara sauce even though we payed for extra. Called to ask for a different pizza because he can’t eat it and they told us they would give us credit and they wouldn’t make a new one because they didn’t have someone to bring it to us.

My order was called in around 8: o'clock and we never received our order. I went outside the next morning and my order was sitting on the front porch and the cat had devoured most of the pizza. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with the manager Matthew about the situation and told him my pizza was left on my porch. He informed me that that should have never have happened. He investigated and found out that it was an Uber driver that delivered the pizza. So in correcting the situation he made my pizza over. So with this being said food should never be left on the customers porch. Not good sanitation practice.
This Pizza Hut is the BEST!! Pizza was hot, cheesy!! Not too much sauce! Just awesome!!

I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered pizza online and they called to let me know that they only had 2 pan pizzas. I told them that is okay to make my pizza hand tossed for one out of the 3 I ordered. When my husband got to the store to pick it up, they informed him that they only had one hand tossed and they had went ahead and made the order basically the way they wanted to. I asked to just cancel the order so that I could try another pizza hut. I was informed that I basically take the order, get half my money back for the order or a store credit. I was not able to be refunded. Never in all my years of dealing with pizza hut have I ever heard this before. I will not be returning, as this is not the first problem I had with them.
