Wednesday my family we had pizza it was terrible. My mother and I got so sick. That we couldn't leave the house. The pizza was salty and the cheese was not real. We are still sick for ordering pizza hut. Please it was not cooked all the way. Please be careful of what you are getting. The people were nice ,they asked me did I want a new order. I said NO, but you guys need to do better making pizza. Never again my family will never eat from the establishment again. Today is Friday, and we are still sick from eating at that place. I am being real. Stay away from pizza hut. The chicken nuggets was salty as well. Never again. My mother and I feelt like we are dying. We still feel weak from eating they pizza, I took one bite and I took off the cheese and still got sick. We just wasted our money. I can make it myself by watching it on YouTube. We just kept praying, in Jesus' name, Amen

I order my food it was incorrect my wings was none traditional i don’t eat none traditional wings and when I called they refuses to correct my order and was rude about it gonna tell me they can’t do nothing and mama have to pay I even was gonna take the wings so they see I didn’t touch or eat none out of it but who ever answer the phone was unprofessional . And yes am upset because I had my mine set on my wing and ppp ( Megan was the one who took my order ) sound like the same person took my call am upset 😠

Ordered a pizza for delivery with no onions because my father is allergic to onions, pizza came loaded with onions. No marinara sauce even though we payed for extra. Called to ask for a different pizza because he can’t eat it and they told us they would give us credit and they wouldn’t make a new one because they didn’t have someone to bring it to us.

My order was called in around 8: o'clock and we never received our order. I went outside the next morning and my order was sitting on the front porch and the cat had devoured most of the pizza. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with the manager Matthew about the situation and told him my pizza was left on my porch. He informed me that that should have never have happened. He investigated and found out that it was an Uber driver that delivered the pizza. So in correcting the situation he made my pizza over. So with this being said food should never be left on the customers porch. Not good sanitation practice.

This Pizza Hut is the BEST!! Pizza was hot, cheesy!! Not too much sauce! Just awesome!!
I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered pizza online and they called to let me know that they only had 2 pan pizzas. I told them that is okay to make my pizza hand tossed for one out of the 3 I ordered. When my husband got to the store to pick it up, they informed him that they only had one hand tossed and they had went ahead and made the order basically the way they wanted to. I asked to just cancel the order so that I could try another pizza hut. I was informed that I basically take the order, get half my money back for the order or a store credit. I was not able to be refunded. Never in all my years of dealing with pizza hut have I ever heard this before. I will not be returning, as this is not the first problem I had with them.

I just quit tht place today. The manager always goes around volunteering info that only has to do with his job and distract you while you are doing yours. A guy that worked there previously bust my windows out because there is a lot of drama that the gm will do nonthing about . He rather go around talking about how many hours his boss will let him schedule. He puts it in the air that if u call out you will be written up no matter the circumstances. He witnessed a guy bust my windows out ....then when I had to call out the next day because I was gonna still make it to work until the rain started he basically gave me a hard time and told me I'm always looking for an excuse not to work WHEN IM THERE EVERY DAY. I only called out one time because it would literally be raining completely inside the car.but he didn't care..he still wrote me up. And how don't I want to work when I'm always there? Everyone who works there feels like he's TALKS WAY TO MUCH . And in my opinion I feel the same way. He goes around ALL DAY long talking about Alice drive pizza hut location instead if focusing on his own location. He is annoying and makes u feel like you do nonthing for the business to run . I show up everyday and the one time I have an emergency that he even witnessed, and I get written up. By him witnessing and knowing it was raining where I live I feel he should of been more considerate.One girl quit because she was sick and she said manager told her he could have written her up even tho he saw her vomiting. He cares nonthing about a good worker and I know more people will possibly quit. Told me if I ever had emergency find some one to fill in... ...when I called another cook thats in college and has availability in the morning....he started saying he couldnt let the guy come cuz it would cause him to be in over time which is a lie. Even if it wasn't when u see u have a good worker try to hold on . This man will actually run u away. Told me since my elderly sickly wife called with an emergency that he will begin cutting my hours. Not fair. Very crooked. I told him I rather not work for someone like him and I quit. The manager before told me had he had very hard time finding a cook in the day with open availability. Maybe now he will see how hard good workers are to come by....a young lady quit because she always felt he was following her around and she could never focus on her work. I'm sure more people will be quitting. He talks way way way too much. It was to the point where I actually had to try and use headphones just to keep him from talking about nonsense in my ear and distracting me. I did not want to get n trouble so I stop the headphones. If u walk n the cooler he will follow u...if u to break boxes down outside to escape he will follow u. Go to wing street he will follow u. Go to the make table he will follow u ..go the cut table he Will follow u. I even witnessed him trade a stuffed crust pizza with beef and mushrooms for marijuana and I'll take a lie detector test on that note and PASS IT WITH FLYING colors. Also as long his boss doesn't know it ..he will even allow it to be smoked all day everyday. He just held a meeting and told entire store " if u can't work while getting high on the premises, don't get high" and he said that in front of EVERYBODY. I find it hard to believe that no one would vouch for what I just said when he said it in front of EVERYBODY. If his boss was to ask if he said that I bet they will tell whoever is asking the question....that it's the truth. He indeed did say that and allows it if I'm lying I'm flying

I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered pizza online and they called to let me know that they only had 2 pan pizzas.
