Me & my family ate to go here we got a sandwich, fries, salad & a pizza. The salad, that my husband was not allowed to fix was full of brown lettuce, all of the toppings were frozen and I could literally count the meat & cucumbers. The pizza was burnt & overcooked. The sandwich was dry told them no tomatoes and they piled those frozen things on my salad and sandwich. Not to mention cold fries! Just didn't care. It's not the same.

Placed order for 2 lunch specials ( taco pizza) and when coworker went to pick up they charged her 30.00. lady then tells her that the taco pizza is not on the lunch special when she is picking up order! Called back cause the taco pizza was made what seems to taste like spaghetti sauce and no salsa on the side. When co worker called she the manager on duty asked what did she want her to do. That's not professional at all. As a manager You should tell her what you can do to make it right.

While my waitress was nice she was covering the entire restaurant alone during the lunch buffet so she wasn’t able to provide the best service. The food was hot and tasted great but the menu prices do not match what is being charged at the register and the staff including the owner claim “They never even noticed it before” No you’ve never been called on it before. Also when it was brought to his attention the greedy manager didn’t honor the menu completely. I ordered a two topping pizza, sweet tea and fries. A one topping medium pizza before taxes is $13.10. An additional topping is $1.10 for a medium pizza yet told the cashier to charge me for the next menu item on the pizza list that was $14.86 loudly exclaiming “That’s a two topping pizza!” Sir I couldn’t care less if it was a genie in a bottle. Print an updated menu or stop nickel and diming your paying customers. The fries were supposed to be $4.00 and rang up 4.10. Same for the drinks, they were priced at 3.00 and came up $3.10 all before taxes. If the prices have gone up that is fine but print a new menu so your customers are aware. Treat your staff better even on the stressful days and stop raising your voice to anyone especially your staff in front of customers.

Took our order and never returned to check on us. No refills. Just left ticket and disappeared after taking order. We won't take our two young kids back.

Food service sucks. Everything tastes and looks old. Don't eat here. You will thank me later. Should have known this flash was trash just by looking at the signs. They are peeling and the inside is not clean.

Brung my niece here for dinner. It was so bad that we paid and just went somewhere else. The salad bar would have been better if there was fresh lettuce. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The spaghetti in the pot look like it as well. The “chicken tenders” looked nor tasted like chicken at all! It was horrible- it tasted like some strange meat. I’m so disappointed in the way that pizza lane has fallen off. The best thing I consumed was my Arnold Palmer. Not to mention we tried to order wings to see how that would be and we were told that they are out of wings…
Our waitress also barely checked on us. She happened to see me at the bar and asked if I needed more to drink; but I did witness her check on other tables multiple times in the small amount of time were there but did not check on us nor offer dessert (as she did with others) as she did with the other tables.

It was good. For what I paid for it was good. Fries and fried catfish were outstanding. The pizza was better than I thought it was going to be. Would go back again.

One of my coworkers wanted to order a salad, but discovered that they cost more than the store brand. The cashier was loud, rude, and obnoxious. Also, we found hair on our pizza. She said she won't be coming back, so... Not a good experience.

I was told the pizza was New York style, it was no where near that. The pizza was thin and cracker like. Not my idea of pizza. The restaurant is nice and the staff are great. I am a fan of chewy NY style pizza
