The sink faucet in men's restroom was improperly installed, spewing water all over the floor, up and down the wall while also not working in a manner to actually be able to wash hands with proper hygiene. There were no napkins, lids, or straws in the dining room, and service was too slow to supply any. The food was mid tier at best. The employee at the register was nice.... at telling us they were cash only after we placed our order. Lastly, im not claiming to know math, taxes, or anything, but our order rang up higher than it should have. Crazy there was an A on the door, place is D- at best.

I like Popeyes, but the one in Sumter in Broad street has left us down for the last time. I am disappointed by the service at this establishment. They are always OUT of sides except red beans and rice and Mac and cheese. We wanted the mash potatoes with gravy and slaw told was out. The said change to fries and slaw. Out. Are you kidding me? We will not be back again. Not giving this place a third time to disappoint with lack of options when spending $45 for take out. Save your time and go somewhere else. We didn’t have the time to head somewhere else, so took what they had. I hate that I had to bring home food that my family didn’t enjoy. I tried calling the store for talk to a manger and the phone goes to voicemail mail. I will good anywhere else but here in the future. At least I can say KFC has NEVER not had options. SMH. You need to do better management guys.

Honestly just poor. I went a little later (drive thru), when there was no one there. With it being empty, the wait was still wrong, the forgot items AND messed up my order. The food was only okay, but cost WAY more than it should. Can't recommend this place. Sorry to fans.

Ordered the big box for 6.99$ got my box only had one side when pose to come with 2. Asked could I switch my biscuit out for a strawberry biscuit said yes and still had regular instead of strawberry.

I didn't even order this day. I walked out because the manager was fussing at kitchen staff about orders. People were standing around waiting on orders as well as door dash drivers. It just let me know to choose another place to eat that day
Always make the orders correct. Very good on being transparent and kind if something is made incorrectly. The night manager is nice.
