I'm a coffee fiend! This is my favorite coffee shop now. I got the caramel cream cold brew.. Better than starbucks or dunkin'. I just wish they would open a Scooters near where I live.

Came there ten minutes before 8pm through drive through and was told they are not taking orders, sorry, bye. Really? I wonder if their manager was there would they close the place early. Very poor way to run business. Will never go to this location again.

I bought a matcha smoothie for about 6 dollars and it was the worst decision I have ever made it tasted like fish sticks, I would probably go back for non matcha drinks but for now my rating and expectations are insanely low..

I ordered the Strawberry Blossom Matcha. When I got it, it was not as green and vibrant as the ads. I gave it a benefit of the doubt with the assumption that it was due to the green and pink mixing, but the taste was as atrocious as the visuals. This is by far the most unruly drink I have ever tasted. I'll probably go back to try the non-matcha drinks, but for now my rating of the drinks from this place is immensely low.

Have stopped here 3 times. First time , ordered 4 coffees , had to mix the 2 brews to fill order. Second time , no light roast , only the darker available , they suggested just adding more creamer. Third time , 12/06 , no coffee at all available , was told we would need to wait for coffee to brew. Seems coffee is an after thought , don't really know what the priority would be.

I ordered a large drink. There was hair in my cup. This store doesn't have a phone so I had to drive back to the location at the end of my workday. I was told the manager would contact me, it has been longer than a week, but I haven't heard from anyone. The only thing I received was a coupon for a small drink when my drink was almost ten dollars.
