“The employee is not very cleanliness. The employee that takes the money fixes the snowballs also and don't wash their hands before preparing. I went to the location on yesterday and watch the girl who was working by herself wearing one glove, kept reusing the same glove after taking each customer payment. Then when putting more ice in the machine, she picked up the ice with her bare hand without washing them. There should multiple people there, that the person doing the payment transaction shouldn't have to be preparing the snowballs also. Especially with how Covid is still an issue. This location is really slow also because of them not enough people in there to keep the process flowing.“
