I hate complaining, but it was a really bad experience. Our waiter hardly came around. I had to go to the bar to get refills of water. Two out of the 4 of us got their food like 20 minutes before me and the other person did. My burger that I ordered medium came out raw. It took forever to get silverware. I am very easy going and I never send food back. I had to send this burger back. Service was terrible and I was the only one that had to take my whole meal to go because of raw food. The only reason why I’m not giving 1 star is because my beer was good and I tried my friend’s pizza which was also good.

Service was okay, other than the waiter constantly forgetting half our tables orders and ignoring requests. It’s also odd that you can’t order brisket until a certain time that’s later than what most people eat dinner at. Probably won’t be back just because of that

We stopped in Sumter, SC for the night on our drive from Vermont to Florida. Sidebar was strongly recommended for dinner and did not disappoint. BBQ sandwiches were excellent as well as sides (sweet potato fries, baked beans, cole slaw). There's also a lot of choices for draft beers and cocktails. We look forward to another dinner at Siidebar on our way back to Vermont next month.

A wonderful barbecue bar and restaurant with a tasty menu of food and drinks. My favorites were the smoked chicken wings and the Kentucky Waterfall.
