We hired Smokology to cater the meat for our wedding this past weekend and let me tell you! Best decision ever! We had the pulled pork, chicken, and brisket. All of our guests were raving about how good it was! There were comments made about it being the best brisket they’ve ever had! Not to mention their pricing is great! Absolutely no regrets! A huge thank you to Adrian and his amazing wife for a great experience and delicious food! We will be ordering again!

Food was kindof a let down, tried a few different things at different days to give them a chance twice and it didnt get better. Just seems like reheated food from the day prior every time I go. Best thing about the place was the cookies. The food is allowed to be slacking a little for 10-12$ a plate, but for near $22 with a drink it better be on point. Had high hopes for this place......... Customer service is always good though

Experienced the food truck and enjoyed it. Went to the brick and mortar and got their brisket Mac and cheese. Heavy portions, great flavor. I was wondering where the Peperoncinis were though because that brisket tasted and looked like a chuck roast. Maybe I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say they braised the brisket but it was definitely not smoked brisket. Honestly would like an explanation from them on what’s up with it.

This is a FANTASTIC place if you are wanting a GREAT Beef Brisket sandwich! My husband and I were gonna split one, but after he tasted it, he decided that he didn’t want to split it with me! So, I went back in and got another one! It’s a little pricey, but TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Every time I visit Sumter I have to make sure I find where to get this! So happy he has a designated location now! Quality is amazing and everything including sauce is house made!

The quantity of food for the prices was not up to par. We have a usual food truck we get BBQ from but we just wanted to try this place. Staff was amazing they were all so sweet! But, again, food was lacking for the price of what we paid. I’ll post a photo of what we got.

So this place,and as I walked towards the building I didn't smell NO SMOKE of a BBQ joint, that was the first red flag,2nd I walked in and noticed the set up which the kitchen was hid from public view 2nd red flag I didn't smell no pit smoke while inside and there were kids running around in this place with no hair nets,and there another person,lady with no gloves on,whenever an establishment has to hide how they perform with food it's not a great idea to eat from the establishment....this place is just a quick come up to steal yo money....No BBQ awards were displayed so again run from this place,it's a fake BBQ joint...

The workers were really nice and seemed friendly, felt like a good environment being in there, the food was quick and hot the quality was amazing, tasted fantastic, will definitely be coming back.
